Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

Room was great, everything needed was in kitchen. Thanks for the little choccies, it was great when arriving late at night (kitchens were closed down the street.

The room was clean and quite spacious. They have nice kitchen amenities if you like to cook your food. I love the sunlight in my room, it adds to the brightness and freshneas of the bedroom. The staffs I encountered were friendly and nice, from check in to check out. Thanks. The location is nearby the road though so quite noisy at times.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very clean and was equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Location was good, with plentiful cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was very accomodating and professional. Thank you!

A clean apartment,sparkling clean bathroom, centrally located to Perth CBD & restaurants. A short walk to everything Perth city has to offer. The only downside (entirely beyond the operator’s control) was the construction site just up the road… but hey! …this is living in a busy city PS members of staff were friendly and helpful at all times

Smooth check in process. We arrived late at night and everything was pre-arrange for a quick check in to our room. Nice big 2 bedroom for our family. Very conveniently located. Food and shopping all within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I lost left property of great valuein the room and was not notified of it being found even when I went to the hotel in person.I had also rang the hotel a day earlier enquiring about my property and I was told nothing had been handed in or the police had been notified. This neglect has now cost me substantially more money and time given I have had to stay in Perth for an extended period without the return of my property

Very convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable stay. definitely would stay there again if want to go to Perth again.
