Positives:- Friendly. V. Clean. Convenient for old town. Fridge and well appointed shower room.
Weaknesses:- Other guests noises too audible. No breakfast. Small rooms without outlooks. No lift. Minimal public areas.
NOTE:- From Minimetro Pincetto exit turn RIGHT. The hotel is about 250 metres from the station in a straight line.

Personale disponibilissimo, gentile e preparato. Abbiamo soggiornato in camera tipo suite per famiglia completa di tutto senza costi aggiuntivi disponevamo di servizio cucina attrezzata di tutto anche di caffettiera a cialde. Arredamento moderno e nuovissimo, per non parlare del bagno ultramoderno . Ci torneremo di sicuro. Grazie Luigi e marina

Albergo nel centro di Perugia, ben situato. Trovato last minute, ci ha salvato il weekend. Stile vintage italiano, camere essenziali ma fornite di tutto. Doccia comoda, pulizia precisa, zero stress sull’orario di uscita. Personale disponibile h24, simpatici anche a colazione. Consigliatissimo per un weekend rilassante e tranquillo di coppia. Ci torneremo.

This hotel had many downsides. We booked 2 rooms and the single reeked so badly of stale cigarette smoke, we could not stay in the room that night and had to share a room. The next night we were given a new room. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the owner, we were never given an apology or any response to our requests for a refund. As my niece put it, this place is like the hostels I've been staying in. Which is: bare bones and uncomfortable. There is nothing to absorb sound in the hallways and we had people coming in during the night and singing for several hours. The only upside to this place was the staff, who were pleasant and tried to make our stay as nice as possible despite a crappy hotel. I don't believe the ratings of 3.5,

Una piacevolissima scoperta nel pieno centro storico di Perugia. Personale super attento e disponibile, la struttura rispetta fieramente gli standard di soggiorno. Sono venuto in auto e ho trovato supporto e assistenza per parcheggiare e raggiungere i vari luoghi della città.

it is nice and clean, Loved the balcony!!. I had 2 very cozy nights in this hotel and the owner was very welcoming and because it has easy access to local restaurants and shops and also transportation, it made my experience more pleasant. I would go again.
