整個酒店氛圍有特色、服務還好

We loved this hotel, willie Wanka land. 1 mile from train station, bus stop in the front of hotel. We used a bus to visit Perugia historical center, and train to visit the town of Assisi, very easy to move from town to town. Good size room, comfortable beds, very helpful front desk. Breakfast was chocolate haven, delicious. Servers made better. We recommend to families and anybody who loves chocolate.

Well the highlight Is the "isola dei golosi" on the first floor where brackfast is served, nevertheless hotel in general present well. Room are enough spacious and cleaned, staff is gently and available in case of needs. We requested the 1/2 stay treatment by using the restaurant inside the hotel.

If you’re a chocolate lover this is definitely your place- huge chocolate buffet with fondant, cakes , etc at breakfast; chocolate compliment at check-in; chocolate decorations everywhere. The hotel is 30-40 minutes walking to the historic center of Perugia - Up the hill, going down take 20 minutes. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, ticket could be purchased at reception. The rooms are clean spacious.

My mum and I stayed at Chocohotel for 2 nights and found some great positives and a few negatives with our stay. The whole chocolate theme is really cute and well exploited across different areas of the building, from door signs to bedside lamps, to our room keys and even the walls. Our twin room was spacious, with comfortable beds and the signature chocolate themed decor. Breakfast was tasty with loads of indulgent chocolate options, though it didn’t get refilled after 9.15 when we came on our first day and by 9.40 most of the food had already been taken in (it supposedly ended at 10?!). At dinner time, we tried the chocolate tasting set menu, which was indeed very good but, maybe due to a large business group having dinner at our same time, we didn’t feel particularly looked after by the waiting staff as service lagged. My main complaint was the poor room service and overall cleanliness of the room. I won’t go too much into detail on the multiple issues we’ve had as reception was informed and were very apologetic and understanding. They tried their best to make up for the poor standards and we appreciate that. The location isn’t great for travellers without a car as it’s a bit of a trek from the train station (mileage itself is little but the road is busy and at times with no pavement) and equally it’s a steep walk to the town centre or alternatively another walk back to the train station for the nearest metro stop. 2 nights at chocohotel were plenty. I would argue that one night is more than enough to enjoy the fun part of the experience - i would actually recommended coming for the day, maybe for a dinner or for the hotel store almost as an attraction in its own right but would probably stay in a different, “normal” hotel in a more convenient location.

We had an immaculate room which was unfortunately beneath the rooftop restaurant. After a certain hour we could hear chairs being scraped around the place and for some reason at about midnight someone decided to hammer nails or something into what sounded like the floor above. There's not much around here and the few things that did exist seemed to be permanently closed. I'd say the hotel is best suited to people with their own transport. There are buses to the station and to the old city up the hill but the sevice isn't as frequent as I'd have liked. It's an easy downhill walk back to hotel. The hotel is in very good condition and were it not for the awkward location I would have no hesitation in returning.

This was our second time at the Chocohotel, and it was as satisfying as the first time. We were there for the New Year and booked the Cenone for new year's eve..all the food was delicious, service very friendly and the entertainment was really good. The choco breakfast is really delicious and abundant! Highly recommend it!

A great hotel with a feeling that is not only a 3 star hotel. Clean, and great. Breakfast is heaven for chocolate lovers. But if you are not you will find something for yourself. A must be place in Perugia.

We stayed 4 nights in Chocohotel and enjoyed our stay. Good sized, clean and quiet room with standard comfort, fridge, airco... Kindly welcome with chocolates. Very good breakfast with chocolate and all you need. At the roof of the hotel, it is a pleasure to enjoy the sun in a lounger at the swimmingpool. Go there for sunset too! Good location. The bus from or to the trainstation, stops in front of the hotel. And the bus to the old center of Perugia stops at the front too. Or you can walk to the old city, but it is a bit of a steap climb! It is possible to walk to the train station too, that is a flat walk, and there you can take the mini métro to climb to the old city. So you have different possibilities. You can easily visit Assisi with the train and you can combine it with a stop and visit at Spello. For Gubbio, we took the bus and so we did for Todi. In half an hour, you are by train in Passignano, and it is easy to go in train to Spoleto.

Hotel tutto a tema cioccolato con tre piani a nome dei tre tipi di cioccolato (latte, fondente e bianco) anche le porte delle camere sono fatte a tavoletta di cioccolato.. bello!! Hotel comunque bello, con ampio atrio dove c’è in esposizione di prodotti in vendita e anche pasta al cacao per chi piace provare qualcosa di particolare. Buona la cucina del ristorante è assolutamente fantastica la zona colazione!!! La cosiddetta isola dei golosi è a dir poco bellissima che ti fa ritornare bambino goloso.. quasi quasi dall’imbarazzo ero paralizzato a capire cosa mi conveniva più mangiare talmente della bontà che ti circonda. Il tutto circondato da un staff che è a dir poco squisito e cordiale. Questo hotel per chi ama la cioccolata non può non venire!

E' sempre un piacere tornare in questo hotel dedicato esclusivamente al cioccolato ,essere accolti da un personale gentile e sempre disponibile ,(trovare le camere sempre pulite come i propri bagni) , rilassarsi nella sua piscina dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro a visitare luoghi turistici sotto il sole cocente , cenare nel ristorante sulla terrazza con il vento che soffia leggero rinfrescandoti ,dormire nella tranquillità e poi fare la colazione al mattino all'isola dei golosi , dove un tripudio di prelibatezze tutte a base di cioccolato di qualsiasi tipo aspetta i commensali , vi è anche una parte del salato per chi preferisce . tutto all'altezza delle nostre aspettative .

Sono stata in questo hotel a inizio luglio, in occasione del mio compleanno. Già all'arrivo, si viene catapultati in un mondo fiabesco, che porta a sentirsi come Hansel e Gretel. Le camere a tema cioccolato sono curate e pulitissime, la piscina sul tetto, avendo una profondità molto ridotta, è perfetta per chi ha dei bambini, lo store è molto fornito (prezzi forse un po' altini, ma ci sta) e il personale all'accoglienza è professionale, gentile e pronto a dare consigli e informazioni. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi o, ancor meglio, servendosi del trasporto pubblico, mentre la stazione è piuttosto vicino. Anche il ristorante è gestito da persone gentilissime (per un disguido, siamo rientrati in hotel oltre l'orario di chiusura e comunque ci hanno preparato la cena, servendocela direttamente in camera...servizio top!). Colazione da sogno: pur avendo soggiornato per tre notti, è stato impossibile assaggiare tutto quello che ha attirato la mia attenzione. Non si può descrivere il piacere per la vista (tutto è presentato con cura, gusto ed eleganza e nulla è lasciato al caso) e per il palato. Personale di sala cordiale e pronto a soddisfare le molteplici richieste. Provare per credere!

Siamo stati in questo hotel il 12/13 luglio per andare a vedere il concerto di Lenny kravitz…che dire tutto bellissimooooo…dalle camere…arredamento tutto a tema cioccolato!per non parlare del buffet con L isola dei golosi la mattina…❤️impossibile dire:”non c era nulla che mi piacesse”,perche’ il Buffett offre un ampia scelta per tutti i gusti dal salato al dolce con svariati gusti per tutti!Un weekend stupendo…
