struttura antica sembra un museo. ma camere buie con poco spazio e poca illuminazione. soprche e fatiscente. bagno senza doccia, senza porta asciugsmsni, senza finestra e senza estrattore. tende con muffa, pavimonto sopo 3 pulizie con la stessa polvere per terra. npn segnsle telefonico e nirnte wifi, sarete isolati come nel 900, colazione appena sufficiente il livello, tutto freddo no piatti caldi. Canere con vetri sporchi e aria condizionata che tengono spenta. Climatizzatore molto sporco, lampadina ingresso fulminata. Non ci tornerei

Ottima posizione per visitare sia Lucca che Pisa. Personale gentile. Ottima colazione che accontenta tutti i gusti: frutta (anche secca), verdura, affettati ma anche dolci e Yogurt con muesli. Possibilità di portare il proprio cane, anche se a pagamento. Dotato anche di una piscina. Consiglio.

Das Hotel hat eine einzigartige Lage mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und den angrenzenden Fluss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und mit Klimaanlage versehen. Lediglich das Frühstück war uns nicht abwechslungsreich genug, da nicht jeden Tag alles da war. Der Wasserdruck in unserem Zimmer war leider auch sehr gering, wodurch das Duschen schwierig war. Und das wlan hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir wiederkommen.

Ho soggiornato io e i miei amici in questo albergo per una notte. Hotel molto suggestivo ricavato da una ex cartiera affacciato sul fiume e posto strategico per girare nei dintorni . Camere molto grandi e spaziose. La sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante adiacente . Abbiamo mangiato pietanze toscane con vino toscano. Personale nella norma .

Stunning structure, quiet, a surreal peace, considering that it was New Year's Eve, warm, comfortable, nothing wrong.

Atypical, exceptional, calm and relaxing place! The staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The setting is idyllic!

Let me start by saying that the hotel is very beautiful with an exceptional location for visiting northern Tuscany. That being said our room was nice BUT the bathroom was gross. Tiles stained with... maybe rust, reddish anyway. Such a small bathroom with a shower that had to be assembled every time it was used, in foldable plastic, because there was no room for a real shower. The discomfort is embarrassing, I've never seen anything like it. The bathroom didn't even have a fan to ventilate the room. The breakfast was inadequate compared to what was paid. The first morning we found 4 slices of packaged cake and 4 croissants, my daughter opted for the toast with really poor quality products. Meanwhile the waitress dragged all the heavy wooden tables back and forth. The next day they removed the toaster, we asked but it seems it was needed elsewhere. I couldn't even have a latte in the morning because the machine that prepared hot drinks for breakfast didn't work and therefore no coffee. all this could have been passable if the price had been in line but 462 euros for 3 nights seemed excessive for what was offered. At check out I tried to make a polite complaint but the lady was sitting in the room next to the counter and didn't even get up to listen to me, she made me pay to a girl she was training without talking to me, evidently it was something already heard. I repeat, a real shame because the structure is very beautiful, the services and I would say some of the staff need to be reviewed.

Hotel created from a renovation of two paper mills, on the side of the stream. For €70.00 I slept in a spacious and classic double room for single use. Courteous service. International breakfast to be improved.
