Very bad experience, booked a duplex room one day in advance, arrived at around 6 pm, according to the navigation is not right at all, contacted the merchant and said that someone in the duplex building lived 😓, why did I book it for others to live? The merchant said to change to a hospital, go in to see that the house is very cold, the hot spring water is not hot, and I asked the merchant to say no, I want to check out, the merchant said to change to a large room on the 5th floor, too ink, go upstairs The room has not been cleaned up, and I waited at the door for more than 20 minutes before I checked in. Trip.com booking a hotel is not guaranteed.

The sanitary conditions are very good, the room has no smell, the accommodation experience is also very good, the sound insulation is very good, there is no sound of other rooms screaming, take care of it in time, clean and tidy

The environment is good, clean and tidy, the boss is good, the cleaning sister is also very good.
