Perfect and clean place to stay but the parking lot entrance is too small.Staff should be honest about the additional charges such as tax and parking fees.

Ibis is about the same, clean and has credit cards for elevators. The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to eat around. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Comfortable room and have water dispenser in each floor.
One downside is tight basement parking.

overall is satisfied . there are two things , maybe can improve .
first , the parking fee no totally waive ,have to pay rm3.30 per exit.
second , the underground parking entrance very hard to go in , too small , almost scratch my toyota camry car. The building design for car park very weird.
even i saw one toyota Vios also having a hard time to go into parking.
