Dead cockroaches found inside the kitchen cabinets. Kitchenwares are not properly clean with stains and dust. Toilet and tissue papers almost empty without any no spare for self refill upon check-in. Location is very isolated and quiet. Given a feeling of unsafe as building construction works is still undergoing. No Shops within / walking distance the property compound which causes many inconvenience especially for travellers without any own transport. Bad service with slow responds by the lift services. Ended up I hv to take the stairs. However, would like to give my compliment to their team of friendly and diligent security guards which pleasant my staycation.

Overall is quite good. Spacious room and quite clean. All needed cutlery and kitchen appliances are provided. Just that the lift experience can be improved. We have waited a long time to take lift during checkout time. In the end we have to use staircases to avoid waiting. Also, the bathroom door cannot be locked. Besides, the hotel location is in the middle of multiple flyovers, so gps won’t work when almost reaching. Hence, you will have difficulty to find the exact location of it, since there is no obvious signboard.
