Location : Linked to Paradigm Mall Room was clean and with great city view . Bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub. Lobby wasn’t great and look old ….

Conveniently located beside Paradigm Mall with easy access to 24hr Family Mart. Rooms are clean and come with 6 bottles of complimentary bottled mineral water. Staff are friendly & helpful too. Would be good if they can have a pillow menu.

Hotel rooms start from level 19 and up. Views are good. Nearby got lots of good food. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel, everything was easily accessible. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views for both sunrise and nighttime. It was a fantastic way to start and end the day. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The TV in the room was a bit small; a larger screen would enhance the room's comfort and entertainment experience. The toothbrush provided was too hard, which might not suit everyone's preference. On a positive note, The quality of the shower gel provided. very nice smell Overall, my experience was excellent, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future. Thank you for making my visit memorable!

This is our favorite hotel to stay in KL, as it is in close proximity to relatives in PJ, located next to Paradigm mall with the artisan coffee, good mix of F&B, shopping, massage and hair salons. Plus this is a Le Meridian and is part of Marriott group. I can’t think of a better place.

This is my 3rd time staying here! Really love the big room and the view is epic. Breakfast is a good spread as well! Will surely stay here when in KL!

It’s been my top choice for location in terms of staying within the petaling Jaya area. We've stayed at the suite a few times, but this time we were placed on the lower floors and the room had several defects. The brackets holding the sliding door were broken, the floorboards were split, posing a safety hazard for young children, and the windows had fingerprints and hand marks. Thanks to the assistance of the staff, we managed to switch to another room; however, the floorboards connecting the living area to the master bedroom were still split apart in the new room. The club lounge access was mediocre. It did not feel like a true club lounge, as it was unavailable for half of our stay, and when it was accessible, the air conditioning wasn't working. Additionally, we were disappointed that the pool access was closed throughout our stay. Despite these maintenance issues, the staff were great, and our stay was okay.

The hotel just located beside the mall so no worries of looking for foods or entertainment. The room quite spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Overall very happy and satisfied with the hospitality and services provided by them. Highly recommended!!!

The room was great, featured a view of the city area at petaling, however being a suite, only featured one washroom, no powder room. Extra bed was surprisingly comfy, room was booked for parents 30 year anniversary. Overall a great experience, however hotel is a little out of the way. Design was overall very modern.

Located beside a mall (Paradigm mall petaling jaya). Impossible to walk beyond your hotel and the mall. Its beside a highway looking underground exit so if you're looking for things to do (eg night markets etc), you might want to pick something within the KL city. The mall is pretty big with major fashion retailers such as h&m and a sizeable supermarket at the basement. Hotel has a nice view from the rooftop. There is also a rooftop pool - no one was using it on both occasions that I've walked by. Decor and room wise is nice and standards as expected by Le Merdien hotels. Breakfast options were also decent. My major gripe is with the bed. It is really hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on a hard board covered in sheets. Usually I wouldn't say anything but my body was aching every morning just from the bed. The pillows are too hard, I got a stiff neck in my first night ... and every night I struggle to sleep because of the bedding issues. Just take note that the hotel is near a mosque and morning prayers start around 5-6am. So if you're not a practicing Muslim and not a deep sleeper, you'll be awakened every morning. This coupled with the bad bedding really ruined my experience at le merdien. It's unfortunate.
