It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you to the hotel staff for the great service and keep up the good work.

This is my second time staying at One World and again my family and I were impressed by their service and amenities! We tried their in room dining this time and loved the wide selection of food. We will surely stay here again for our next trip in KL.

We loved the family suite. It's very spacious, well-maintained and cozy. Beds were comfortable that we had a good night sleep. It's connected to 1U so very convenient for shopping. Breakfast was a spread of all kinds of cuisines, nice!

Stayed 4 nights in 1 world hotel which is connected to a big shopping mall so you can get everything that you need there. Beds are comfortable so we have a good night sleep after being out for a whole day. My room is near the lift lobby so can hear people talking when they walk past. Overall, very happy with my stay.

We were upgraded to the Deluxe room!
They gave complimentary softdrinks, snacks & cookies with this room.
This room comes with a shower & bathtub. Complete basic toiletries. The bath gel smells good!
The hotel is connected to 1Utama mall, so you can shop till you drop!
The parking is complimentary.
We definitely will come back!

The location of the hotel is attached to the 1 Utama shopping mall . Best hotel breakfast and outdoor swimming pool a perfect hotel to stay when in KL.

I’d been using this hotel in the past during business travel stays. I’m back to this hotel again recently after 8 years and Covid-19 in 2020. Comfortable hotel stay and the Breakfast cafe was beautifully renovated. Still can recognize quite a number of old staff faces. Food quality is good. Short walking distance to mall. Super convenient. Will definitely choose back this hotel again …

Friendly staff, and strategic location.
Kidzania and Sunway lagoon nearby. There is a hotel shuttle to these places.

It’s our first time staying here and the shopping mall is just one turn away from the lift!! Easily accessible and there’s even a convenience store outside the hotel!! Great stay 👍

The hotel amenities are good. Connected to the shopping mall, it is super convenient. Breakfast is good as there is a lot of varieties.
