Very beautiful hotel with lots of updated tech in the rooms! We didn't even figure out what half of the buttons did or how to turn on some lights. They had lovely chocolates in the room and the room was very clean. The beds were quite hard for us. For breakfast they had a set menu for us but there were also very few people staying in the hotel at the time. It is a great location just a block or so walk to the entrance to Petra and the Petra Museum.

Amazing. Splendid with new technology and a fantastic breakfast from our lovely chef. The place was unforgettable but it was also very empty due to the current situation in Israel. Which makes no sense because Jordan is safer than some western countries. I truly hope this hotel gets the patrons it deserves because it was perfect. The rooms were lovely, the location is fantastic!

The Hotel is a smaller what seem family owned hotel and in an excellent location on Tourism Street; a short walk from the visitor center. The staff were very friendly from the initial planning, to check check-in and referring us to a local driver before we even arrived. The restaurant was on the 5th floor and we ate dinner there one night; great food and service. We also ate breakfast there daily and were so impressed by the chef and our server. We had fresh falafels to order for breakfast and Ibraheem was wonderful catering to all our needs and beyond. While there I spoke to the front office manager who told me the hotel was only ~25% full, many cancellations due to the turbulence in the region and that was so sad to hear as the people in this city in particular depend on tourism. We felt 100% on our entire trip in Jordan and highly recommend visiting and if in Petra I would stay here again. I had a nice room with a balcony, mini fridge stocked with water, sodas and a box of chocolate; but they have various categories or rooms. Great family hotel and we felt so welcome!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Petra Boutique Hotel, a charming establishment just a five-minute walk from the entrance to Petra and the nearby museum. The hotel's convenient location made exploring these iconic sites incredibly easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional demeanor of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any queries or needs added a personal touch that enhanced my overall experience.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the visitor center. The staff were wonderful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. I had an enjoyable cooking session and a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs, Petra Kitchen, which I believe is part of the hotel. I'm looking forward to returning to Petra.

Beyond our expectations. From our welcome to departure our stay was faultless. Great service, beautiful rooms and excellent food make this a gem in Petra. We stayed for two nights during our tour of Jordan. This was definitely our favourite hotel.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk downhill to the visitor entrance at Petra. Modern, new hotel, quiet rooms, but the plumbing needs attention. We stayed 4 nights and for 3 mornings the shower was luke warm and our friends bathroom flooded. They had water all over the floor and had to change rooms. Wide range at breakfast and the lady on duty was very attentive.

Very modern hotel with super-friendly and helpful staff. Disappointingly, we had a problem with taking early morning showers when the water was not hot at all. Very efficient AC unit and the bed was comfortable. It was OK later in the morning. I don't think we were successful in communicating with them that we believed it to be a TIMING issue (ie it only happened early in the morning). Our travelling companions in a nearby room had the same problem during their stay. Everything else was fine here, but their inability to solve the issue was not what we expected.
