My time at argosy was HORRIBLE! I didn’t appreciate how dirty the room was when I first entered, so I asked for a manager or something so that I could switch rooms or if I could get a refund. I was told that my room wasn’t refundable and that a manger wasn’t there and that there were no available rooms! Because of this complaint, I believe I was retaliated against.
There were no towels in the room so I called and asked for towels. The lady told me “come down and get them” FROM THE 4th floor, AFTER I just had a major surgery that I was recovering from. The hotel even has robots to deliver things to other rooms but didn’t do it for me, she did the same thing when I asked for tissue and when I ordered food. She then told me maybe if I quit complaining about things I could get somewhere and told me my health state wasn’t her fault or issue!
The mini fridge was also broken and the microwave didn’t exist. I talked to the manager Sarah, she gave me no help and her only response was “thanks for the feedback sir”
