Courtyard Austin Pflugerville and Pflugerville Conference Center

Wonderful property. Had the best sleep with strong AC and comfortable bed and wonderful fluffy pillows. I did not take pictures this time, but definitely recommend this property to (Families, business travelers and couples). Was in the area visiting friends so I am not too familiar with the area and the friend suggested staying here and the property did not disappoint. Clean rooms and spacious bathroom and shower. Breakfast was a bit expensive but I paid mainly for convenience because I did not have a car so I ate at the hotel. Would stay here again.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here while visiting family in the Austin area. The hotel is very large and has a conference center for business events and meetings. The hotel is pretty charmless. It felt sterile with a generic corporate vibe. Our room was pretty nice and very clean. It was pretty typical for a Courtyard. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Food and drinks were served from a quasi-kiosk. You order food and drinks at a bar that reminded me more of a convenience store than a restaurant. The food was inconsistent but good for the most part. Service was excellent. Celeste worked most of the days that we were there and she was very friendly and helpful. I’d probably stay here again but would likely shop around first.

I have stayed in Marriott properties for the past 20 years for work and for pleasure and this has got to be one of the most poorly managed properties I have ever experienced. The bathroom sink in our first room was stuck in the closed position so we had to change rooms. I asked for an upgrade for the inconvenience but no luck. The bathroom sink in the second room runs at a bare trickle which we did report but it never got repaired. The gym is missing a 10 lb weight which I reported on my last visit here 11 months ago and it still has not been replaced. The clock in the gym is still set to standard daylight time which I reported but didn't get fixed. Because of my status with Marriott I typically am given water upon check-in. That did not happen at this hotel. The thermostat runs cold air at 72 and 73°, but hot air at 74°. There is no middle ground and it was very hard to find a comfortable temperature for the room particularly for sleeping. They do not offer luggage racks. There is one shelf adjacent to the desk for a suitcase. Do the think only singles with one suitcase stay here? And finally, the bartender us so surly as to want us not to leave a tip. I will say the hamburgers are quite good!

very good. the hotel is quiet, clean and well maintained. the bistro at the hotel is good too! friendly staff. raelyn at the front desk is great. good solid fitness center. grocery store nearby . easy access to and from toll road. definitely will stay again. thanks !

The room was very clean. Host very professional and courteous. The hotel is new and looks very clean. good central location Room had small issue with the toilet which we let the staff be aware. Breakfast very good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service we received was top notch! Shouts out to Austin F. and Raelynn for ensuring our complete satisfaction; they helped us retrieve our luggage after we had checked out and realized we left some items in our room. We’ll be looking forward to staying at the Courtyard at Marriott the next time we are in Austin-Pflugerville.

I will never stay here again if I come back to Austin ... Booked 2 nights and had a family emergency that meant I could only stay one night. When I check out and try to explain my situation, I'm told they cannot refund my credit card for the second night. The only option they give me is to have a night's credit to stay at the same hotel sometime in the future! As a Silver elite Marriott customer, why would I return to this hotel when the service is so poor?

I was a guest for three nights while on a business trip and throughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is only about 5 years old but you would think it had just opened. My room was clean and comfortable and linens “like new”. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful/happy to answer questions. The lobby and restaurant area is spacious and the food was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast there each morning. There is an exercise room that is well-appointed and the pool area is well-maintained. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again when in the area.

The hotel is still new, clean, and friendly. Nice conference area. Very nice normal rooms. Bed was very nice. Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge. The restaurant - Bistro, had a very limited - but very tasty food. Burger was very nice. Fries were delicious. Subbed salad for fries, and it was fabulous. Limited bar but great service.
