Sandunes Beach Resort & Spa Reviews

The resort is huge and the landscape is just so amazing. I reserved a room with ocean view and the sunrise was great. The red sandunes is just a walking distance. There's also a private pool and beach. Since the Vietnamese holiday ended a day before we checked in, the resort is somewhat exclusive 🫠 The resort staff is accomodating and friendly. We will come back here for sure.

Amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay here again if i have a chance to visit Mui Ne Phan Thiet again. But the only thing that im not satisfied is their aircond cos it didnt work well but luckly their staff are very fast to fix the problem. So overall is okay.

Beautiful view room, cheerful and enthusiastic staff, delicious breakfast, supported by Ms. Ngoc Dung with a very nice front view room. Will come back when coming to Phan Thiet

The hotel is still under construction. The villa rooms are unique. The breakfast is very poor, but they force children to pay for extra beds. They force extra beds but don't add them. They just use the sofa as a bed, which is not humane enough! The front desk doesn't speak good English and there is no Chinese at all. I don't recommend Chinese people to choose this place!

The entire unfinished construction site. As a 20-year old Vietnam, I drove there this time, but I searched a few times to find a front desk! Ctrip also needs to check, so don't recommend this kind of hotel to everyone

Overall, I feel it's OK

This hotel is really "rotten". When I checked in on the same day, I raised the price and it was a garbage hotel. four stars? LOL. It is not as good as ordinary hotels, and the price was raised by 3 million VND that day. Rubbish. Front desk service is pretty bad. It takes 30 minutes to check in. Check out was just as slow. There are also big spiders in the room, the room is rotten like this. Not yet decorated. or repair. The closet doors were about to fall off. My friends are still whining about asking for towels. Ask the guests to find their own way. Room hygiene is extremely poor. The breakfast is not hygienic, and I still have diarrhea after eating. Do not recommend this at all. I hope that Ctrip will not renew the contract with this kind of rubbish hotel. Thank you 🙏. The hotel sucks. I don't want to take any photos. that's all. Other travelers believe it or not. Don't step on the thunder

The environment is very good. There are red sand dunes opposite. The hotel can rent motorcycles directly. The service is also very considerate.

Fault advertising. This is not even near 1% of your advertising people. Resort but no restaurant, no bar, no pool, no food services, nothing but a dirty room, mold, broken table, no air conditioning, no lamp, no hot water. Trip advisor should refund my money. I should take this matter to my legal advisor. Trip advisor screwed our dream vacation, Should stop hurting your customer.

Beautiful resort with super hospitable staff especially Kim Nguyen! She helped with getting food poisoning medicine and confirming our sleeper bus pick up! Thank you Kim for making our stay amazing. The food at the resort is super delicious, fresh, with good cocktails to accompany every meal! Amazing facilities, and a super comfortable bed which truly elevates the experience at Sandunes Resort & Spa!

The pictures of the hotel are very old! The hotel in general needs a renovation. At first we thought we were at the wrong hotel. Please make new fotos so that the guest know what they book, otherwise it is a total scam! Breakfast ist ok, not much offers for vegetarians. The beach ist dirty and full of waste, nobody cares. Definately take a towel. Sunchairs are dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND A STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The experience was okay for what we paid - we were charged $40 USD per night for an ocean view room and were given a free upgrade to a private bungalow which was wonderful. On the one hand, the beach was nice (no swimming allowed, though and most chairs had no cushions) and the pool was very big (but the water was dirty). We were treated incredibly well by the staff, with constant checking to make sure our stay was okay. We were even given two free foot massages in the spa. The restaurant was just ok - the free breakfast had a large selection, but a lot of the buffet was concerning (meat that was sitting at room temperature for who knows how long) and for a hotel that didn't have many guests, as far as we could tell, there was so much food that I wondered how much of it was old. The dinner menu was so big I was also worried about how much of it was frozen or old ingredients. The room itself was very beautiful and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, the patio had no furniture, so the space was wasted on us. Additionally, the bathroom shower and tub both leaked profusely so the whole floor was soaked after a quick shower. The location was not great, we ended up renting a scooter to leave for meals because the hotel restaurant was definitely not the best option we had. Overall, I think this hotel could be great if some serious work was done on the facilities and rooms.

This hotel was one of the best hotel in my vacation with my girlfriend . We spent one night and enjoyed the sun. The private beach is clean and beautiful. Every service in resort was perfect, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with buffet.

A 4-star resort with terrible quality. We booked 5 rooms. From 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, the problem of the air conditioner not cooling was still not resolved. Called many times. Technician to fix. No xixi. Called the manager and then the director and promised to pay money but promised nothing. It's best to pay 2-3 times more money immediately and then find us an equivalent nearby room so we can rest. Going on a family trip so there are many children. At 11:00 p.m., we still couldn't find a place to sleep. Resort old rooms, old swimming pool, old lobby. Having just been lightly painted and repaired, the interior still smells strongly of lime paint. The resort is actually still unfinished, has countless weaknesses, and is uninhabitable, yet it is still open for bookings. But here, almost every room is damaged. So now there is no other room to change to. It's the resort's fault and the solution is so weak and bad. 1 star is still high for this, but it should have been given a negative score.
