Everything is great, there's only one thing in my group that no one likes: There's no spray nozzle.

Staff response is very good It's an old building, but it's elegant and well-maintained... Breakfast is just ok Maybe it's because there are too many people during the holidays.

The hotel rooms are very spacious, with mosquito nets and stone bathtubs. When you open the door, you can see the sea, private beach, and the wind and waves are very strong. The restaurant has lunch and dinner sets, and buffets in the morning. There are many varieties and tastes! There are also tennis courts. , the gym is very big! It is suitable for parent-child travel, and it is also very big at nine o'clock. Can add an extra bed, 700,000 per night

Nice pool but need more trees planting surrounding the pooside & beatiful beach side, room is just ok enough. TERRIBLE BREAKFAST & SERVICE OF F&B STAFF. No welcome drinks when checking in and the receptionist forced to keep our ID card physically and i denied by requested her to do some copies as your wish. DIRTY BLACK STAINS IN THE BATH TUB + TOILET BOWL NO GOOD AROMATIC FRAGRANCE IN ROOM. But the breakfast is terrible, poor food, drink quality plus lack of food while serving buffet but running out of food, no refill then after i asked for yoghurt, not clean around food arrays, lack of service staff. No staff standby at the pool side and beach side, can not order F&B when needed. all ofstaff has no any forced-smile to guests. but towels are very not clean, still have big stains remained. I dont understand the mindset and thought of houekeeping heads here, while use this tiny ceramic tubs to contain shampoo, shower wash... with super tiny hole how could we pour out this dense liquid, easily cause broken tub might cut the guest hands, foot... toothbrush is small and slippery caused hardly to hold while using it.

Nice hotel and staff. A paradise if you love kite surfing. It is always windy. The beach is not great for kids as the waves and currents are strong. The hotel food is fine. The hotel is a place to chill and relax. The SPA is very good. The rooms are fine.

Good location, very nice architecture, nice green space, nice swimming pool, nice private beach, quiet and nice fellow guests Need improvements: Stay Dec 31, 2021, on new year eve but quite uneventful around town, buffet not very tasty (beef noodle doesn't have beef but fatty Char Siu which is kinda weird to eat, limited options). A bit dusty in the room maybe more clean-up is required after pandemic restrictions. They did not operate the jacuzzi pool when we were there - they should have! Will stay again because overall it is a nice resort

Worst experience ever so far. Since the booking (through Agoda) was a lie: i opted to pay more in order to pay at the hotel and indeed they started charged me almost 50% on my credit card without notice. When checking out they wanted to pay me the full amount without considering the money already charged. Even the excursions presented were all lies, trying to charge more and more money and in the end not offering the services and tour presented. The food such a delusion, the restaurant fatiscent. All so noisy. The place was nice but not a 4 star hotel at all. Definetely overpriced. I would not suggest It at all. I was just obliged since went there for 29th april- 2 may... national days in Vietnam and all other resorts fully booked. Please avoid It. As agoda too. Tried once and never do It again. Booking remains the best.

Coming to Vietnam right after the covid ban has veel lifted is nice to avoid the crowds but also makes that some hotels feel rather empty, like ours. Despite this the staff remain ever so friendly actually and will try to cater to your needs. The hotel itself is nice with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool right next to the beach. The rooms and restaurant are outdated though and could do with some make over. You have a big comfy bed with nice pillows and a nice bathroom. We have unplugged the fridge though as it was very noisy. The other thing is the noisy, and stinky, digger that keeps running daily and multiple times throughput the day to keep “fixing” the beach. Not nice when you try to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy the peace and quiet and get away from air pollution caused by traffic. I am not sure how much of an influence the hotel have on this but hopefully they can find a reasonable solution. If I would have known this upfront I would have a booked a different hotel.

This was meant to be a 4* conclusion to a two week tour - it was more like a 2* disaster. The hotel was not modern but quite clean and comfortable - it was the service or lack thereof which made it terrible. It took over 1.5 hours to get fully checked in - mostly consisting of waiting for them to get someone who knew how to set the roomsafe. They operated a very limited set menu for dinner despite having a la carte for lunch - any corrections requested to this were inadequately dealt with including asking for "hot potatoes". On the first evening, there was no white wine including house white (plentiful supplies in local shops) - we were told this was due tomorrow - on the third night, they again did not have any white wine - except one overpriced Reisling. There was no outbound postal service - I was advised to walk 6km to another village's postbox. Surely staff could have posted already stamped card. There was only one very diluted squash per day at breakfast - not orange juice - I was told to sign this to bar bill at $3 per small glass. This also applied to tea and all but their "robust" coffee. Beer was limited to small cans - seemed a national trait though - only got a pint at Saigon airport upon departure. Breakfast selection of food was terrible with just one not very fresh cereal - thankfully - they did have an egg station - at the other end of the restaurant from the toast machine! I decided to skip breakfast one day to catch up on sleep after lots of early starts earlier in the week. I had the "Do not disturb" sign on door. At 09:25, the restaurant chose to ring me lest I miss last orders at 09:30 - five minutes to get up and ready! I was furious. The following day, the maid banged on my door twice despite same "Do not disturb" sign. And the killer! The pool had a definite H&S issue - a high pressure suction pipe that is un-marked and un-guarded - caught me in stomach when leaning over to sign for a small beer. When I checked - it also ****** my fingers in - would have been very dangerous to a child. I brought it to their Ops Manager attention - only received blank look in response. Definitely never go back. Oh forgot to say, beach was very nice.

- Don't let the pictures fool you. I stayed for 3 days and 2 days with my family and took 3 rooms. 2 suites sea view, 1 deluxe garden. The total price I paid was nearly 15 million. 1. Old, moldy room 2. While sleeping in the morning, the sun shines directly on my face even though I have the curtains drawn. 3. Book the highest room without a fruit welcome set. While the deluxe room has 4. When it's hot, order ice water to drink beer, there's no ice for sale. Have to go out to buy 5. The swimming pool and beach don't have any trees, the sun burns your head, when it's hot you'll get sick and not go to a resort 6. Deserves 1 star with high room prices and worst service , 3 million 4 / 1 night for sea view room. A few words for the 1-star alezboo resort. When doing customer service, you have to put yourself in the customer's perspective so that the customer will come back. If you are trying to prevent and deal with it, you should stop doing business.
