As soon as I got to the room, the air conditioner didn't work.
I called reception and an employee came, but he had a really bad attitude! ︎ I thought it would be fixed, but they just left it as it was....
In the evening, I ordered ice for room service, but it melted and was almost water.
Unbelievable! ︎ I will never go there again.

It is a small and pretty resort for a 3-day, 2-night family trip. The swimming pool is not big, but it is deep enough for my college son and husband to swim. It is 1.5 meters. There were plenty of sunbeds and I had a good rest.

I am ambivalent about this resort. As a matter of fact, my wife and I departed several days before the planned end of our stay. On the plus side, the landscaping and the pool are beautiful, the beach restaurant is very welcoming and serving good food, and the staff are very friendly.
On the down side, the services leave a lot to be desired. There are no excursions organized by the resort. We asked about them and also about a car to take us to Phnom Penh, but no one got back to us. The resort has a decidedly dated look, badly needing an upgrade. The breakfast restaurant is particularly stale. In the end, we are very happy to have departed early. The resort merits not more than 3*.
