Houston tenemos CUCARACHAS EN LA CAMA, el 15 de Nov del 2021 a las 8:30 de la noche nos dieron la habitación y al llegar y empezar a desempacar nos topamos con tremenda cucaracha saliendo de por debajo de las almohadas. Inmediatamente acudimos a la recepción a reportar el hecho con video en mano y la persona de la recepción con tremenda vergüenza nos dice OH MY GOOD no se que decirle señor, déjeme ver si le puedo dar otra habitación. Pero al final nos corrió del Hotel por qué estábamos hablando del tema en la recepción, en pocas palabras CERO calidad con el PERSONAL, EL HOTEL Y LA COMPAÑIA RED ROOF OPTAMOS POR IRNOS A OTRO HOTEL

I was worried that it would be noisy being so close to the highway, but it was not. Friendly staff! Comfortable beds with nice linens. Other than that it is a basic hotel room. We had the handicapped room and there was no counter or shelf on which to set items. I would stay here again since it was clean and reasonably priced.

Nunca me mandaron la ubicación por parte de nadie, ni mi reservacion por correo electrónico. Nunca recibí nada..... Espero me puedan regresar mi recurso ya que no me hospede en el lugar por no encontrarlo

I stayed twice last month for my work weeks, and I found the property to be clean, safe, and easy to access. I did notice differences in the two rooms (upstairs room had couch, better water pressure in the shower, downstairs room did not) but overall the beds were comfortable, rooms were fairly quiet (depending on neighboring rooms), and the internet was strong. Housekeeping was great. No breakfast was provided (Covid times) and I didn't use the pool, but I would definitely stay here again.
