The hotel is well located next to the lake, the room is small but comfortable, the mattress is good - it was comfortable to sleep, I was also pleased with the Smart TV - many channels not only in Thai and even Neflix. Among the inconveniences: there is no elevator and in the lobby there is only a water cooler, there is no microwave - the hotel does not encourage guests to cook food. But there are many restaurants and cafes around where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. Breakfast at the hotel is meager and by 9 am (breakfast is offered until 10) all the burners are already turned off and all the “hot” dishes are already cold and tasteless. They also brought me scrambled eggs already cold, I asked them to warm them up - they did it. Overall, the impression of the hotel and staff is positive, but if I ever come to Phayao again, I will choose a larger hotel rather than a boutique hotel.

Old hotel, old room, but good that the room is spacious. The bathroom is old, there are no towels provided. Good parking Normal food, enough to fill your stomach, don't expect deliciousness.

Book a hotel a week in advance. On the day of arrival, the staff said that the room is not yet ready. Please wait for customers to wait for 2-3 hours.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was five years ago, when it was new. The hotel is already showing signs of age, and is in need of some repairs. I booked a “deluxe king” room on the second floor for one night. Room had a large comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, sitting area, small balcony, extra large TV, and fridge. No kettle in the room. Hallways echo loudly, so hope your neighbors are quiet people! Breakfast was included in the room price, and was average. Coffee, a few stir fry dishes, soup, and toast. No eggs, fruit, or salad options. Large carpark on site. Location is good, very close to the lake, with a 7-11 and many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Looking back, I don't think the deluxe king room was that much nicer than other room options to justify spending more money, as I really didn't need the bigger room. Would stay here again but for the price I would like to see some repairs made and a better breakfast.
