frist time at phayao with my gf. this place is very good chioce for us. staff is helpful and friendly. room is clean. everything this trip is perfect!!

The hotel seems new, so all the equipments and devices are still in an okay state.
The bed and pillow are very comfortable.
The cleanliness is somewhat can be improved. The floor, balcony and bathroom are clean, but the windows/balcony door should be cleaned a bit better.
I have gotten a room with balcony and mountain view, that is nice. There is a small local convinience shop, restaurants, and a 7-11 nearby.
The personel is very friendly.
I guess it is good enough for a couple of night.
I dont know if this will excuse , but i have booked this hotel 8 hours in advance and may be they did not have time to clean everything properly.

Everything was good, but on the day I was going to check out, I had to rush to take a shower and put my things away. The water didn't flow, so whatever happened, I was a little disappointed because I didn't take a shower or wash my face and had to rush out. We washed it at the gas station because when we went to check out, we informed the staff that this morning the water in the room was not flowing at all.
