Great place and services! The room is so spacious and the view is all what u ask for staying in Phayao! We got free ice creams when checked in

Really love the place

The price and accommodation fees are not worth it. Booking a Deluxe room is like booking a normal room with a soaking tub that has a view of Kwan Phayao. It's just a normal tub. It's not a jacuzzi, just turn on the water and soak in. As for the food and dinner in the hotel, there's a variety to choose from, but on the day we went, there was no music playing. Had to come out and listen to music outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal like any other hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms, delicious food

I often live in Phayao Province. This hotel has just opened and is currently the best hotel in the area. The quality of the hardware is high enough, and there is also a coffee and Western restaurant with unparalleled views on the top floor (a Starbucks franchise). The location is a certain distance from downtown. It is recommended that you choose another hotel in the core area - Pulonge instead of self-driving, but the scenery there is not as good as here.

There is a balcony to see the full view of Kwan Phayao. ＞＞ The bathroom has a separate tub, and there is a rain shower that is too strong to resist. ＞＞Cleanness is full 10 ＞＞ Free mini bar ＞＞ Breakfast is served on the 7th floor rooftop. There is a Starbucks coffee shop with a restaurant serving all day.

The hotel is in the city of Phayao Province. The hotel has a good atmosphere. Next to a large lake There is a beautiful view. The service staff is excellent and friendly. The restaurant is on the 7th floor. The food is delicious. Next time I will stay again.

There were a number of issues with the Superior Lake View room in this hotel. Negatives: Expensive in house food and drink Fridge didn't work on arrival and desk staff claimed fridge turned off when keycard removed. Turned out that fridge wasn't plugged in but it still wasn't cold 6 hours after we plugged it back in Room had balcony but no railing fitted (see photo) so couldn't open sliding doors or use balcony. Had to walk through carpark to get to pool. No chairs in pool area. No cable tv channels. Bed in wrong position to enjoy the amazing lake view. We had view of road and hotel opposite instead. Shower not hot. Breakfast room on roof had leaking ceiling. Positives: Very nice breakfast (see photo). Room modern. Friendly, professional staff. We would not return to this hotel, certainly not worth the price of 1440 Baht per night to us.

The location is great with the lake view. Staff was very helpful when i made a mistake booking. Rooms were good (we stayed in Family Room and Lake View Suite). However, both couldnt gicve us sufficient hot shower. The water was only a bit warm no matter how hard we tried. (and we spent times in different sort of hotel so we know how things worked). The bath tub is great though. Yet, shampoo and soap provided were permanantly stuck next to the shower and that meant in ordrr to get it, we had to get out of the tub and walked shivering to the shower and hurriedly back! I havent had good hair wash for 2 days staying here. Breakfast was set on a beautiful rooftop but is a little bit disappointing considering the price. The

Very large and spacious room. The sufficient breakfast is taken on the top floor from where there is a beautiful view of the lake. Also on the terrace there is the restaurant service which has a very extensive menu, the service rather fast. We needed to ask the guy at the reception for advice on how to get around but he couldn't speak much in English, luckily we solved it by communicating with Google Translate. There is a lakeside promenade nearby but it is not easily reachable on foot, the road is not safe for pedestrians, especially at night.

Accommodation, million-dollar view, accommodation with food, comfortable bedrooms, spacious rooms. There is a convenient living space. Modern decoration, like staying at your own home, beautiful view, complete facilities. Come alone, come with your girlfriend, come with family, come to Phayao, recommend staying at M2 Hotel Waterside a lot.

Great hotel we stayed in during the tour. Spacious rooms, very nice new bathroom. Pleasant breakfast on the terrace. The only negative note is the location slightly outside the centre. But overall a positive experience
