Beautiful view at breakfast, the breakfast menu is quite good, in the evenings there is live music in the restaurant. The room is large, the furniture is old, the mattress is very hard. Quiet, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to the central part of the island.

Good location, far from noise, comfortable bed, I can understand that the monkeys have their habitat, but I don't understand that you are paying for facilities and a service, using the pool and the monkeys come and steal the food, or you don't let people order food or you don't offer a service that you can't provide.

The rooms are old (separate villas), but clean. Cleaning every day. The location is convenient, in the central part. We lived in different parts of the island - the center was the most convenient place. The mosque is not far away - you can hear it from five in the morning if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast is monotonous, but acceptable. Overall, a good hotel for the money.

No swimming pool, no beach at the hotel. The room was clean but the beds were not comfortable. About a 7/8 minute walk to the centre. Bathroom tap was full of limescale.

The location is very good. When you get out of Tonsai Bay Pier, turn left and walk a few hundred meters along the coast. Because the cheapest room type of 300 yuan includes breakfast, I didn’t expect much. I didn’t expect it to be a single-family cabin. The room is clean and tidy , The disadvantage is the single-family house, the four walls are super hot from the sun, the walls feel hot to the touch, and the air conditioner can't be turned on at all, but it doesn't affect the air conditioner when sleeping at night. The decoration of the bathroom is very old. There have been no tourists for about three years due to the epidemic. The faucets, showers, and mirrors are all rusty. If you have requirements for the old and new bathrooms, book carefully. The comment said that the sound of Muslim prayers is noisy at night. We felt that it was okay, but it stopped after a while. The sound is not too loud. Generally speaking, it is quite quiet to sleep at night. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and they also provide free luggage to the pier service

It's close to the beach. The owner's service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic! Especially the breakfast in the restaurant is great! Other meals are also very good! It is also very close to the lively streets and is considered a very quiet place. However, there is a mosque next to it, where people sing and pray every morning around 5 o'clock. Friends who like it can experience it.

This is not the Ritz, and keeping in mind where the property is located, we think it is a good value for the money. Our room was big, clean and with a new A/C. Room also had fridge and hairdryer. The breakfast was simple and the service decent. The manager was helpful and had our sink issue fixed right away. The shower drain, on the other hand, was clogged and the maintenance guy did not fix it. We told the manager and he appeared upset and said he could have the maintenance guy come straightaway. Since we were leaving the next day, we did not push it. The hotel also offers excursions, which they really need to advertise on their site. We would have preferred buying an excursion through the hotel rather than online. Also, the property cat is a nice touch and rendered a full star.

POST COVID STAY- Previous reviews seem very harsh. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and had a good, working Aircon unit that looked relatively new. The room was very clean and we had fresh towels daily. The bed was very large and comfortable. We had a spacious porch area with table and chairs and a clothes horse for drying damp stuff. The manager was always on hand in the office, he helped us book our onward boat to Koh Lanta for a good price. The breakfast was nice and filling with a choice of continental or American style. Eggs done to order. Restaurant staff friendly and kind. The location was good, slightly out of town, 7 or 8 min walk, so quiet and calm. We did hear the Muslim prayers from the centre next door but they didn't wake us or disturb us. The resort is a little run down and needs some general maintainence in the grounds and bathrooms (we had broken mirror edge and loose sink tiles) however this was to be expected post pandemic when tourism on Phi Phi has been non existent for 3 years. The positives outweighed the negatives, we felt it was good value for money and we had a great time!
