The room without windows was very small, as was the bathroom. There was sand on the sheets, so we had to sleep on top of the bedspread.

I stayed in a beach side bugalow and whille it was right on the beach and beautiful the room was so hot and the AC barely worked. The room stunk of all kinds of smells and they didn’t once come into our room to clean it or take the garbage out so we had our garbage full and a whole another pile of it stacked up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Really nice place! Wonderful bungalow with a nice beach! Staff was really nice and the laundry was cheap. We love it!!!

The room, while clean, is on the smaller side, making it less ideal for those who prefer spacious accommodations. The staff's friendliness adds a positive touch to the stay. Consider if location is your top priority.

Great location as it’s away from the main bit but only a short walk away with its own lovely beach which was really nice. The rooms were clean but quite basic, you get two relatively small Chelsea blankets on a double bed so it would’ve been nicer to have a bigger blanket as they’re not quite big enough. We only saw one member of staff in reception and their attitude was a bit off, not the most helpful. We still enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Yes very fulfilling, staff were friendly. Only demotivating factor my luggage was not at Phi Phi Pier, will be contacting the hotel shortly. I'm back in Singapore🙏.

Place was a brilliant location, right on the beach. Room had everything you need, ice cold ac etc.

The hotel is basically good, but the price (at the time of booking ~70$) does not correspond at all. The red price is 30-35$. During three days of stay, the room was not cleaned even once. You change the towels yourself at the reception. They only bring water and leave it on the terrace. The location of the hotel is very good, 12-15 minutes walk from the pier. On the first line, exit directly to the beach. There are no crowds of boats on the beach. The water is very clean. In general, the hotel is located in a good location compared to others on the entire island. And in 3 days I walked around almost the entire island... The praised Long Beach is not even close to this place.
