The staff was friendly, location was good (next to the harbour), the room was clean and had lots of space for storage. Worth the value.

Great hotel. Very friendly and especially helpful staff that meet you on the dock upon arrival by speedboat or ferry they'll take care of your bags from the dock to your room while guiding you the whole way. Check in quick and simple great rooms clean Great bed aircon bathroom etc. everything you need. Will not be disappointed . Location is good too.

Incredible location. Market shops right outside and 5 minutes to both beaches. Staff were super helpful and friendly with good language. Room was really clean and was cleaned with new towels every day. Would definitely recommend

The location was just ok, certainly not bad, but my room was great. Clean, big, great bed. All that was needed and more. Always go for trip top choices. I don’t think they ever steered me wrong 😊 If asked for only one number it would be 5

Overall good

The hotel has a good location but the lobby is ugly and has no air conditioning. They have a maintenance room that makes a lot of noise all day long, as well as the guests on the second floor that started making noise as early as 6 am. They don't offer breakfast and the bathroom in the lobby was disgusting.

I was a little worried about the bugs around the water. However, even though it is a remote island, it is a clean hotel and there is a hammock on the roof. The price is also reasonable, so I would like to go back again.

It was conveniently located in the alley of Ton Sai Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good Pad Thai restaurant near the accommodation. It was convenient to use when touring, so I used it when going to and from Phi Phi Island.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. There are several 711s around. The room is super big and the bed sheets are clean. The biggest highlight is the TV remote control, which is a good thing for families with children. I will stay here again in the future.

Great hotel. Very well located, surrounded by quite a few restaurants and shops. 2 seven eleven not too far away. The location I validate Then in terms of cleanliness of the room nothing to say, the bedding is amazing because it is very comfortable. The only downside is that there is no breakfast at the hotel but it is not a problem to eat, there is everything nearby.

It's pretty good. I don't know if it's the shampoo or the water. After washing my hair, it's very astringent.
