Great peaceful place with great staff, ready to assist you. Good location if you’re looking for quiet surroundings to relax outside of the busy phi phi center. Got some jungle vibes to it as well, which I enjoyed.

The hotel is ok. A bit far from downtown and we need to climb but if you are ready to walk that a quit good hotel

Myself and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay at Greenhill resort! Very unique concept of the cabins on the hill which we loved. The manager gave us a sea view room which was beautiful. Manager also very helpful with other bookings- his ferry prices to Phuket were cheaper than other places so we booked directly through him☺️ Clean, very friendly helpful staff & nice touch of free tea,coffee,water,toiletries. Would recommend!

I stayed here 10 years ago, and unfortunately it looks like there has been NO up keep since then. The room was basic as can get with no storage for your clothes. And you'll have to pick between Air condition or hot shower, if you decide both the circuit will break. In the 4 days there was no room cleaning or garbage pick up. On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom was good, and it was far from the beach so less noisy.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We arrived at the hotel to check in and we told we had to pay again despite paying online - I showed the man the receipt and he insisted we still needed to pay, after ringing somebody he allowed us to continue checking in without paying twice! The hosts speak very little English and therefore had to keep calling people to translate what they were asking us. Once we arrived at the room after hiking up 60 odd uneven steep steps, we were presented with our room which has cracks in the walls, the door was too small for the frame leaving a big gap at the bottom and the shower had little to no power. Overall the room felt dirty and covered in insects from the cracks and holes in the hut, luckily we were only staying one night otherwise we would have walked out and stayed elsewhere.

If you’re an olympic hiker this is the place to be. The HIKE up to your room will most definitely break a sweat. I feel the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, I know we’re up in the trees but it could have been. The toilet/shower room with 4 bolder of rock was interesting. Also the night treks to and from the room you need to fight off flying bats.

Very nice landlord. Organized a cheap boat tour for us. Late check-out was no problem, would definitely come again!

This is the most terrible and life-threatening hotel. Doesn't match the photo at all. No refrigerator, no pool, no pond. From the reservoir there is only an empty pit with a tarpaulin. The floor and ceiling were broken and sealed with tape. Instead of steps to the toilet there is a huge wet stone on which you can crash. There are targets everywhere. There is current running through the floor. There are broken steps in the area, electrical wires, garbage everywhere, and a terrible smell. When I asked where the pool was, I was told that there was none, and why didn’t they tell me. At the reception there is a large refrigerator with old dirty rags and ear sticks. Unsanitary conditions and danger to life. We left immediately upon check-in, the staff silently took the keys and did not return the money at all.

Pros: Cheap, you can climb stairs to exercise, the one-day sea tour package recommended by the boss is OK. Cons: The boss is very simple, language (English) communication is difficult, and Thai translation is needed. **The couple booked a double bed room but was given a twin bed room. It is very tiring to climb stairs. It is very noisy at night and you can hear the sound of the beach bar (very loud); when it is windy at night, there will be the sound of leaves and fruits falling from the tree to the roof of the tree house. You can't see the sea view because it is blocked by the trees, you can only see a little bit. The location is remote, and it is a bit scary that there are no street lights on many sections at night. The facilities are aging, the toilet is easy to break, the lights are dim, and the door lock is not safe, not suitable for one person to live.

The most terrible hotel!!! Don't be fooled by the price and beautiful photos!!! All these houses are in terrible, disrepair! Breakfast is canceled when paying for the hotel! There is no pool!!! There is construction going on all around! There is no lake either! Perhaps when the hotel opened it was like in the photo, but now it’s terrible! It's dangerous to live there. Plus the hotel itself is on a steep mountain. I don't recommend it!!!! The hotel is a scammer, misleading with its photographs and descriptions. We had to urgently book a new hotel!

Very good. It's far from the city and you have to walk a long way. You have to climb another staircase to get to the reception. But the advantage is that it is quiet. Someone will pick you up at the pier and help you with your luggage Hygiene: OK Environment: Quiet and fresh Service: Very good. There is no kettle in the room. You have to go to the reception to pick it up

The water temperature was unstable, and there was no water halfway through washing. The water quality was very sandy. The curtains have no privacy and cannot be fully covered, so I can’t sleep all night;

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The location is very bad, the service is non-existent because there is no room cleaning and there is no one at the reception. But the worst of all is that the rooms are full of insects and dirty, all the people we met complained about the dirt and that when they slept, insects climbed into the bed. 100% not recommended
