Great hotel, 10 minutes walk from the Pearl. Luggage service with handcart. Breakfast was good, standard for the price.

Don't believe the photos the hotel puts up. The buildings face each other, everyone has curtains on their windows, and on the first floor there are people coming out of the building under the window, so you feel like you're lying outside. The area is small, and so is the pool. But the worst thing is that it's a walk-through yard. There's construction going on, a tractor is working, there's no garden, it's total devastation. Every day, crowds of tourists disembark and are taken to the hotel restaurant (just a name). There's nothing to eat there, but they charge 250 baht, it's better to order two normal dishes in the cafe. There's simply no sea!!!! A 20-by-20-meter paddock in knee-deep water, surrounded by dirty yellow floats. You can't swim there!!!!!!! There's nowhere to walk on Phi Phi, it's all Cherkizon Market. The only thing you can see is the observation deck, which takes about 30 minutes to get to by climbing steps, everyone's soaked in sweat that if you want to lose weight, this is the place to go!!! In general, I left there, they didn’t return my money for 4 days, but I couldn’t stay there.

Hello everyone! We booked through trip and were satisfied, the price is a little lower than on booking, but still nice. Upon arrival in Phuket, we immediately went to the ferry and from there to Phi Phi. The views are certainly unforgettable 😻. When booking, I asked to be met at the pier, as soon as we arrived on the ferry, there was already a man with a sign waiting for us and escorted us to the hotel. We were quickly registered at the reception and we went to the room. The room was clean, but the furniture is of course not the first freshness, but the views from this hotel cover everything ☺️. Beautiful pool, delicious breakfast. We were very pleased, stayed for a day

The air conditioner in the room was not cooling. I told the staff on duty and they were nice, but it was troublesome to pack up and change rooms. There were only double rooms, so I couldn't make do with it for one night. There were too few twin rooms.

Nice hotel, breakfasts like in Turkey, normal location next to the beach, but to the main bars and places where parties are 15-20 minutes to go. The rooms are not new but ok. We lived in a two-story building on the 1st floor with an exit to the terrace and to the street at once. Super swimming pool on the territory.
