The hotel service was great! For a room rate of just over 200, what more could you ask for? The hotel itself is a bit old, and the first floor was quite damp, but everything else was good. Especially the front desk staff and the bellhops were very kind. They even helped us take our luggage to the pier without any extra charge, which was really thoughtful. Phi Phi Island is beautiful and definitely worth staying a few days. The Ae Fish BBQ near the hotel was delicious, and there are so many cats on Phi Phi Island!

We stay Chaokoh at 2 nights and we got best service, I’m just asking birthday cake for my gf bd and they do surprise at our room this so amazing reception team’s response 🙏🏻 I really appreciate their service also their restaurant are we got 20 % also thank u so much guy hope to be see ya again

Great stay! The resort's location is super convenient and not far from the pier. There are tons of choices for breakfast, and you get to eat while looking right out at the beach 👍🏻 The pool area is fantastic, especially since the happy hour lasts for a good, long while! The only downside was the pool bar, the drinks tasted a bit off to me. Overall though, the front desk and bell team were wonderfully friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel boasts a fantastic environment and an excellent location, being very close to Tonsai Pier and right on the main street, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The front desk and other staff provided wonderful service, and the welcome drink was delicious. While relaxing in the lobby, the staff would proactively turn on the fan. The only downside was that the shower water was a bit salty.
