提前跟酒店溝通預訂了從碼頭接送到酒店的長尾船。到達碼頭後，在指定地點，指定的時間居然沒有酒店的工作人員等待，問周邊商鋪也沒人知道酒店的工作人員訊息。後來沒辦法自己找了一條長尾船去酒店，價格翻倍！！！
到達酒店説明情況後，查實下來是酒店工作人員預訂錯了地點，就結束了，沒有任何補償。
早餐廳很大，到符合國人的口味非常有限，每天能吃的菜就3個左右。酒店內歐美客人很多，菜品比較符合他們的口味。
