The bar man named Kelvin in lobby bar, he did double charge our bill , he asked us that he need to keep our visa card for deposit with no charge ,we paid for cash that night and also we found that he also charged our visa card when we reached home and we called the hotel to solve this problem ,even we asked Trip centre to help but omg no body can solve it ! okay for donation ！

Good hotel in great neighborhood, very clean and service was great as well.

The location was very nice. But they didn't seem to have enough staff. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to leave our luggage.

One of the bedsheets is very dirty, full of black stuff and hairs, obviously not cleaned or changed after the previous guest. Good thing is there are fridge and microwave in the room. Lobby is at second level.

I Love This Hotel, The Receptionist Was So Communicative And Helpful. The Room Was Beautiful And Nice.

Trip.com was very helpful but from the beginning this hotel failed us. We arrived at 9pm to check in, room was not ready until 11pm. With a very cranky sleepy 3yr old. I called the hotel 3 days before check in to request a crib/pack and play and it was not given to us. I had to go to front desk 3 times to request one. Very good location, decent rooms but horrible housekeeping staff and follow through.

The room is spacious and tidy, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. A coffee machine is provided in the room. It is close to the old city hall, in the city center, and convenient for transportation. The lobby only provides lemonade, no coffee milk

The hotel is in a good location. The city hall is 200 meters away. The lobby is upstairs. Because the room was booked through Ctrip, the room was not allocated according to the reserved room type and was given a standard room. The room was clean and the towels were not changed. The experience was not good.
