The surrounding area feels unsafe. The windows are not soundproof at all. The noise from the street at night woke me up many times and I couldn't sleep well. The hygiene is good, but there is no shower gel. There is no front desk at all, and no one cares about these basic requests. I received a bunch of crappy emails from the hotel before departure, but there was no useful information such as the check-in password. The phone number left on the Internet can never be dialed. It's Ctrip's problem. It's clearly a double bed, but they insisted on giving me a bunk bed, which is very inconvenient. I have never had an "ultimate experience" before. Thank you Ctrip and this weird hotel.

Booked this for a friend. I highly appreciate the great communication with the manager. We initially booked for 2 nights, but because my friend lost his flight connection, only managed to arrive for the second night. We were given a refund for the night that my friend did not spend there because of the flight change.
From what my friend said, I understood that he enjoyed his stay at Goodseed Suites. He mentioned that it is very clean and comfortable.
So we're very happy and would definitely book again and we highly recommend Goodseed Suites in Philadelphia.
