For the price it was ok. Valet was easy and super quick. The hallway to our room was dated & smelled either musty or like cigarettes. Even my kids noticed it. Room was clean, in need of updating. Floors were new, but that's it. The room was super loud. We stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony and we heard motorcyles or those loud bikes they race around now ALL NIGHT LONG and we had a sound machine on! I would suggest maybe an inside room, not one towards the street. But again, for the price & how quick we were there it was ok. Next time, I would spend alittle more for a nicer hotel/room.

We had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a hotel in Philly. The only 2 issues we had were the TV and the lack of silverware in our king suite. The TV kept pausing and unpausing randomly throughout our stay and weird glitches kept coming across the screen.
There was no silverware/ plastic ware in our king suite despite having a very quaint kitchenette and other plates/ bowls / mugs etc. I was unable to eat my leftover cheesecake bc of this! (not a huge deal but still :p )
