Having to pay for parking at a hotel is not very convenient. I understand that it is close to the airport, but just ask for the make model and license plate at check in. Then tow the violators. I parked in the turnaround to check in with plenty of room for cars to get by, in fact several pickups and cars were able to drive around me while I was checking in. The shuttle car driver asked, “who’s the ***** parked there,” pointing to my rental car. I said it was mine and I was finishing checking in and making payment. He stood uncomfortably close to me until I finished the parking payment to make sure I was moving.

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport every 30'. Excellent service, my flight got cancelled last minute at 5am and they allowed me to come back to the hotel and use the room until checkout time. I really appreciated their great customer service!

Rude front desk. There was a family reunion and it was crazy. I checkout immediately.

Good location. Nice hotel near the airport. There is free transfer from the airport, but it's very inconvenient to order it unless you have an American sim card (you can order it only by calling the hotel, not possible to do it advance just when you got your luggage)
No free parking at the premises.
Comfy bed, clean, quiet, expensive breakfast.

Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep whole night as the room was extremely warm. I turned off the unit in room but still it was extremely warm. Upon several requests to front desk they informed that other guests are also complaining but they dont have a maintenance team on site. Wont stay again
