The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to City Hall, and offers paid valet parking. While many famous personalities have stayed here, the hotel itself feels a bit dated and the price seems a bit high for what you get.

The location is decent and feels safe. However, there's a constant noise source outside the hotel, which is a major drawback. The windows don't provide good sound insulation either, making it impossible to sleep. I had to switch rooms at night, which was a bit quieter but still made it hard to fall asleep. I wouldn't recommend it.

The most satisfying hotel during our East Coast trip! The facilities are complete, luxurious, and elegant! The service is also excellent! The hotel itself, from the inside out, is an architectural masterpiece 👍 The lobby is grand and magnificent! Enjoying breakfast here with delicious food and beautiful scenery was a great experience! Most importantly, the location is superb, right next to City Hall! The transportation is convenient, and the environment is safe (which is very important in Philadelphia)!

Parking can be slow; you need to wait 15-30 minutes for them to retrieve your car. Other hotel facilities are fine, and check-in was comfortable.

The lobby has a classic old-money vibe, and their à la carte breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The room isn't huge, but the view is fantastic, and the location is super convenient for transportation and shopping.

The connecting room was very convenient, the hotel's location is excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming.

Great location and an impressive lobby, but the service was exceptionally poor. The front desk staff were arrogant. I asked for an extra blanket and had to follow up several times; it took almost an hour to arrive.

Great location and surroundings, right next to the City Hall. The bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. However, there was a large piece of equipment outside the window that was very noisy.
