Everything was on point for this hotel (especially the service), however the lack of internal laundry services and water boiler does put a dent on the overall experience.

The lively restaurant downstairs made us instantly feel like we were in beautiful Philadelphia. The atmosphere was great!

The entrance is very small and hard to find, especially by car, and you often miss it. The room is very small, the customer is picked up without cleaning, and the service attitude is bad. Parking $50 per day

I was satisfied with the room but not the services. The front desk asked me for $150 credit card deposit when I was checking-in. But my credit card was having some kind of issues and they did not let me in…It’s completely nonsense because I kept struggling with them in the lobby almost an hour. This is the worst part of my solo trip in Pilly.
