1. Stay again, familiar and friendly.
2. It is summer, but the ventilation and temperature are well controlled, and you need to cover yourself with a quilt at night.

I didn't even know I lost my wallet until the cleaning guy asked me the next day. He found it and put it at the front desk. It's a really warm and cozy hotel. I love Apple Hotel and every employee here, especially Michael who cleans the house. Thank you, I will go again.

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. It was better than I expected. I was most worried about hygiene and safety before moving in. I didn't expect that everything from the room to the bathroom was very clean. My roommates were also quite civilized. The location was also good, close to the train station and several major attractions. The only drawback was that the lockers in the room didn't have locks. It seemed that you had to bring your own locks. Each locker should be equipped with a lock so that everyone could put their things in with more confidence.

I called 2 weeks before my reservation date to cancel, since my friend in Philadelphia was able to put me up. You wouldnt accept my cancellation and I was still charged. Considering that I got in off someone else's cancellation, I'm sure that someone could have used the bed I tried to cancel. Thousands of People were in town for Wrestlemania and there were 6000 athletes doing the Hot Chocolate Run (5K 10K 15K), including me from out of town. It seems that your company really needed my money. I pity you, I acted in transparency, cancelling two weeks ahead.
