"First, there were two obvious stains on the quilt, which was a bit scared when I wanted to lie down. The carpet in the room was obviously not cleaned and there was a lot of light dust and garbage because of the dark blue background.
Secondly, there is no bottled water in the room. The whole hotel does not have a water dispenser to fill the water. The only source of drinking water is a vending machine. Because the hotel is quite close to the main road, the sound of traffic passing by on the road will be particularly easy to pass to the room.
The counter staff was very polite and very careful when assisting with luggage storage after check-out. In addition to the stains on the quilt of the Kangkang wall, other places are relatively clean."
"The hotel is located in the center of Philadelphia, within walking distance of many famous attractions such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Rocky Statue, and has convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and equipped with full kitchen facilities, suitable for long-term stays. Some rooms also offer beautiful city views. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a fitness center and a rooftop pool, and is well-equipped. The staff is warm and thoughtful, providing guests with meticulous help. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is clean and tidy overall, and has a high cost-effectiveness. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, the Windsor Suites Philadelphia is a good choice."
"The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities."
"Located at 37th Street, 8th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, the location is good, close to the bus station, Penn Station, and Times Square, and it is convenient for travel and sightseeing. The room is not too big, but it has a large refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and tableware, so it is very convenient to prepare something for yourself. The breakfast is very rich. Cleaning is done every 2 days. 3 people stayed for 3 nights, the big bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was a bit bad. There are still many homeless people around, but they are not aggressive when passing by. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my stay."
"Had to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work.
Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint."
"The location is very good and safe, opposite the independent museum, five minutes walk is the independent palace, the health is great, the facilities are complete, many Native Americans stay"
"The hotel is located right next to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
The room was spacious. The twin room had two queen-size beds (approximately 1.5 meters long), with ample space for three large 24-inch suitcases.
I booked a city view room, offering a panoramic view of Philadelphia's skyscrapers. However, the constant traffic and noise near the viaduct made it quite noisy. Because of time difference, it didn't affect my sleep much, but under normal circumstances, it would have.
The hotel's first-floor restaurant was under renovation the day we arrived, so it was a bit dusty.
The breakfast was very generous.
Parking is available for a fee of $37 per day. We checked in around 7 PM and were allowed to park until 4 PM the next day."
"The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that."
"Sofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management."
"The room is very new and the hotel is in an excellent location in the city center. It is very close to the city hall and restaurants. The room deposit is $75 per day and the umbrella deposit is $25. It is recommended to add breakfast at check-in, there will be a coupon"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
KKate’s AdventuresOur experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the airport area, and the corridor on the second floor can directly lead to the departure hall of the terminal building, which is a good choice for early and late passengers. The passenger flow at Philadelphia Airport is very large. The waiting line for the security check at 4:00 a.m. was so long that I was stunned. Even if it takes more than 5 minutes to go through the hotel corridor to the departure hall, we still need to reserve enough time for check-in and security check. of. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant during my stay, and the dessert tasted good.
风风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinese area of Philadelphia. The surrounding area is quite lively, but parking needs to be charged separately, and the price is not low. This needs to be noted that the hotel's environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is not bad, in short, the price is good.

GGuest UserI was in town for the Roots Picnic so the location and minimal service I needed were the best features. Outside of that, if you’re looking for a space you can feel completely comfortable, like give yourself spa day type showering and grooming and walk around with your toes on the floor, this isn’t it. If you’re in town to get lit, come in and pass out, this may work for you.
My carpet had crazy stains, the mattress dipped and I could tell my sheet with either dirty or old with pen scribbles and other small stains that couldn’t come out. There was also no comforter, just the fleece blanket with the sheet over. I could tell paint was just smacked on the wall to cover repairs, part of the sink was detaching, water pressure in the shower was trash…I just did not fully enjoy my stay.
