The reception staff provided very good service. I would like to suggest one thing: when using the food service, the staff at the front collects the coupon. When entering, the staff inside will collect it again. This happened twice, I was confused. Just a suggestion, no complaints.

The room door by the window couldn't be locked. We informed the staff and they knew that it was broken before but they still gave the customer a room with a door that couldn't be locked. It was very bad and disappointing. And the room was on the first floor. The door and window couldn't be locked. If something happened, who would be responsible? We informed the staff to come and look and asked to change the room but the staff said it was fine, we could stay, there was a security guard there all the time. So we left and didn't stay.
