I regularly visit Phitsanulok and stay at the Topland Hotel. I choose Topland Hotel because it is located in the centre of town with excellent buffet breakfasts and nightly buffet dinners at very reasonable prices. Topland Hotel incorporates a downstairs shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. I often swim in the very clean pool and have a massage before dinner. The hotel may be a little old but it is well maintained and it`s age is an attraction to me. I have stayed at Topland Hotel more than 25 times and I will continue to do so.

Located along the riverside of Nan river and in the middle of main attractions in Phitsanulok (within the range of 1 km to 3 main temples, 5 minutes driving to Chan royal palace (historical site), 10 minutes driving to sgt.maj Tawee folk museum and 15 minutes driving to Phitsanulok airport, also plenty of local noodle shops around the place), this hotel has a perfect location! Staffs are friendly. Cutie (and clean) reception area. (You can see Nan river from reception area) Nice and comfortable room. (pity that we cannot view Nan river from our room) Good breakfast (but not variety). 990 baht net per room including breakfast for 2 (quite cheap, I think it was a discounted price due to Covid). Worth money spent, I truly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Phitsanulok. 5 stars PS. Don't miss ”Dragon bistro” , this restaurant provide you a great view of Nan river with lived music. Moreover, ”salmon with pesto sauce” here is awesome!

It was a pleasant 2-night stay during a weekdays visit to Phitsanulok. I had a room on the highest floor and farthest from elevators possible as requested--bonus points to the hotel! Phitsanulok on weekdays is quite a small and lonely town, so by the same token, the vibe when staying at a local upscale hotel was like a quiet rest and retreat to me. As it is in a prime location of the city--within a mile from the train station where vibrant shops and restaurants are--I enjoyed strolling along the vicinity to see if there were some nice local places to eat in, and, to my surprise, there were a lot! Back to the hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner was so powerful that, even if you adjusted the temperature, it wouldn't rise up practically and physically. However, I loved the bathroom and its layout; the shower floor on a slope was a cool idea to help drainage. The bathroom amenities were also nice--those green shower gel and orange-brownish shampoo tubes you've probably seen elsewhere in hotels of this category. The water pressure was OK, but not that hot. Breakfast wasn't that satisfactory, as there were only few choices of Thai side dishes along with an egg-station and bakery. I didn't find it painful though because, as mentioned above, the Phitsanulok city has cheap and good food waiting out there. Staff are also nice and friendly. By the accent I realized that many of them are from neighboring land, but they did effectively communicate with familiar and professional manners. Nice jobs! Overall, it was a really good stay. The only drawback was just the breakfast. Chances are it may come full-fledged in weekends or when in high occupancy.

Clean hotel, okay breakfast The dining room is separated into very good proportions. The staff are very nice. They greet everyone with a smile. I admire them. The room is good, has a refrigerator, and a hair dryer that's extremely powerful. No need to press until your fingers get tired. But I have only one criticism. The bed is covered in leather. I can't sleep at all. It doesn't collapse according to our body.

I chose to stay at this hotel because my brother had a wedding here on August 3, booked 6 rooms for 5 nights and all the rooms booked are double beds. From one to five, we will accept the condition. We don't have a problem. But that we were most affected, probably the damp room. If it were other people, there might not be much problem, but we are a severe dust allergy. To come back from the wedding, my brother was sick with pneumonia. This job, if you don't say that you are scared, you don't know what to say.

The staff said there was none and apologized to the staff. Informed that if the accommodation is full, they will wait, but if there is a vacant room, they will let the customer stay. On the day of the incident there was a vacant room. Normally I travel a lot and always stop in Phitsanulok, but I chose this place because the private parking is next to the room. At night I don't have to worry about cars. In the future, I probably won't rest because I feel bad.

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.

Room quite small but clean and quite. Door too thin may cause other can hearing you from outside when pass your room door.Bed is comfortable. Positon of A/C is make air flow can't reach your when sleep in bed.
