I regularly visit Phitsanulok and stay at the Topland Hotel. I choose Topland Hotel because it is located in the centre of town with excellent buffet breakfasts and nightly buffet dinners at very reasonable prices. Topland Hotel incorporates a downstairs shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. I often swim in the very clean pool and have a massage before dinner. The hotel may be a little old but it is well maintained and it`s age is an attraction to me. I have stayed at Topland Hotel more than 25 times and I will continue to do so.

A great place to stay in a very charming Thai city. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The only very minor negative is that Imperial is not a downtown place, but having in mind that the whole Phitsanulok is so spread around, this is really not something to consider.
