I regularly visit Phitsanulok and stay at the Topland Hotel. I choose Topland Hotel because it is located in the centre of town with excellent buffet breakfasts and nightly buffet dinners at very reasonable prices. Topland Hotel incorporates a downstairs shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. I often swim in the very clean pool and have a massage before dinner. The hotel may be a little old but it is well maintained and it`s age is an attraction to me. I have stayed at Topland Hotel more than 25 times and I will continue to do so.

Rooms are very dated but work for the price range I was using. The pool was always crowded but the restaurant made up for it. Also the gym equipment is from the 90s. Staff were friendly but could def. Use a face lift.

The service was excellent right from the Check In to Check out. Rooms are spacious and very clean and maintained very well. The breakfast was also sumptuous. All in all, a very good place to stay in though a bit away from the main city. I will recommend it.

I chose to stay at this hotel because my brother had a wedding here on August 3, booked 6 rooms for 5 nights and all the rooms booked are double beds. That is, this hotel is divided into zones The double room is on the side of the hotel's wall and the single bed is on the side of the hotel's garden. Therefore, all six rooms that we booked are on the same side. The problem is right here. With it on the border wall of the hotel and the atmosphere of the hotel that is a garden. Wake up early to have back pain every day. 2. If there is a hot water kettle in the room, it would be very good 3. This one is the coolest. There is no needle / thread equipment set in the room. We borrowed it at the reception. The staff called to coordinate to the maid and got the answer that the hotel does not have needle and threads available. Send several clothes to wash. There was no problem with the cost, but what I got back was the white shorts turned yellow 5. The hotel does not sell food. No matter what time If you are hungry, then Grab food. From one to five, we will accept the condition. We don't have a problem. But that we were most affected, probably the damp room. If it were other people, there might not be much problem, but we are a severe dust allergy. To come back from the wedding, my brother was sick with pneumonia. Clean hotel, okay breakfast The dining room is separated into very good proportions. The staff are very nice. They greet everyone with a smile. I admire them. The room is good, has a refrigerator, and a hair dryer that's extremely powerful. No need to press until your fingers get tired. But I have only one criticism. The bed is covered in leather. I can't sleep at all. It doesn't collapse according to our body.

The breakfast is very rich, the food is very full, the hotel is located in the small town of Phitsanulok, it is more convenient if you have a car

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.

Room quite small but clean and quite. Door too thin may cause other can hearing you from outside when pass your room door.Bed is comfortable. Positon of A/C is make air flow can't reach your when sleep in bed.

B2 Phitsanulok School, the rooms are good, the bed is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is cool. I would like to have a hair dryer drive in the room and additional trash cans and tissues in the room. Other than that, everything is good. There is enough parking. Have stayed two times already. Price is not expensive.
