We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places. Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things. If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property. They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼🫶🏽

The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The sight by the window was good. The second time I went to the front desk was not as good as the service I encountered. The breakfast was simple. It ended at 9:30 and went at 8:50. There is almost nothing to eat.

We booked two Superior Twin Rooms, but the room type we received was not correct. One of the two rooms was way below the standard. In fact, it did not even have a window open to the outside air. The window was facing a visiting room. And one of the walls was partitioned with a hardboard, which was quite unsafe. The table provided in the room was rough and of low quality wood. The couple who had to check in to this room had informed the person who was at the reception about this issue at the time of checking in. They asked for the exact room type that we have paid for. But they were simply informed that room type was not available and were left without any other reasonable option. This is quite frustrating after paying for the rooms in full before coming to Cambodia. Most importantly, at the checkout time, the reception did not take any responsibility for my request to refund at least the price difference to the couple who had to stay in this lower standard room. The receptionist (Somaly) said it's not her business and we should not have accepted the room on arrival in the first place. She did not even bother considering the real situation we had to face. We understand this is very unprofessional and unreasonable. In terms of the room service, we had only two tea bags and two water bottles for the entire three days. Both rooms had a very bad smell, which means cleaning is not done properly. So I have to say that the room service also is not so good.

Super beautiful hotel. Peaceful area, near to riverside (not walkable tho). I love the colonial design and super strong jasmine fragrance from lobby to lift. The hotel was very kind to upgrade me to presidential suite, me & my friend absolutely enjoyed the stay there. One thing to point out there is no fan in the entire unit, only AC, I kinda struggled abit to sleep due to that.

I had a wonderful stay at CCC Hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to help, making the overall experience very pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, with different costs depending on the type of pet, which made traveling with my furry companion easier. However, one small detail I noticed was the absence of facial tissues in the room, as only toilet tissue was provided. It’s a minor issue in an otherwise great experience. I look forward to staying here again!

A very comfortable hotel with good facilities and services. Please note that they may require a deposit of $50. The only payment methods are cash and ABA. I didn't ask if I could pay by VISA. Breakfast is on the 17th floor, which is an open rooftop bar and restaurant with a roof. It would be better if a bamboo curtain could be hung on the east side to block the light. The east side, where there is no greenery to block the sun, is still very sunny. Also, the floor is reflective, which hurts the eyes. No one sits there. Breakfast needs to be improved. First, my Chinese stomach is not used to local food. Second, there are not many choices. It is basically a combination of Western and Cambodian food. There are about seven or eight choices. The noodles were not cooked the first time. I told the restaurant staff and they quickly made another one for me, but it was still not cooked, hahahaha. I drank two cups of coffee and was given a small plate of fruit to apologize. The room is very nice, with a small balcony, and the hygiene and facilities are good. Next time I want to stay for two more days because I found the swimming pool on the rooftop is quite clean.
