The room is smaller than expected and different from what was described above.
Hygiene: I turned on the cleaning light at 10:30 in the morning when I went out. When I returned to the room at 2:30 in the afternoon, it was still not cleaned. I called the front desk and they said they would arrange someone to come.
Service: This fully shows that the housekeeping department is understaffed. This is the worst experience I have had in the six times I stayed in Phnom Penh.

Nice hotel and staff. We only stayed one night before our return home, but very pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location but streets are narrow with no sidewalks, so preferred to travel by tuktuk.
