Very nice and cozy place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious breakfast

Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception). Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off. Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear. But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed! No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

Good breakfast, clean room, price adequate to the quality. Very good internet connection. The view of the city from the bar is impressive. Swimming pool clean.

Had a pretty good stay, definitely recommend a rooftop bar, even though the swimming pool water was freezing, but the food options were simply great. The service was excellent, by the way.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious and stylish rooms and a great pool. I especially enjoyed the smell of bedding and towels, even asked what kind of softener they use ;))) the breakfast is also very good even though not the rooftop still with a view on a lively street.

This hotel is great. Perfect location and beautiful views from the pool and rooftop bar. A great place for a solo trip.

Its my 2nd time in Phnom Penh after 10years. The hotel is at a good location & front desk were friendly. Rooms are big & clean, aircon was in good condition. But the towels are a bit worn out and surely need to be replace with new quality towels. Breakfast was average. Overall would recommend to friends to stay here.

I booked this hotel last minute and it was definitely worth the price. It was clean and the internet was ok enough to support a zoom meeting, with occasional glitches. I am a walker and the location was a little heavy on the traffic and light on sidewalk, but the royal palace is close enough to get there on foot. The cons were that there is only one elevator for 14 floors. Also, while many of the staff were great, I felt some were a bit "cold" compared to other hotels in the city and county.

The hotel reception service was great.They make everything so easy. We had an awesome time in the hotel.

The location is not bad. The service is terrible. We only stayed 2 nights. They have no service elevator. So be prepared to wait for the staff to be up and down with carts all day. So the lifts are always completely packed. It looks like a high rise from the marketing but only 15 floors. Also the lift was broken on the first day, so had to take the steps. The breakfast was very so-so. Bad coffee and no fresh juice. It’s cheap so not to be avoided. Looks better than it is. Can get some good insta pics from the bar on the top level. The pool is very cold even for the hot weather in PP. Oh, the bar had a termite swarm on the first when we were having drinks. Maybe…bring bug stay. Hope this helps.
