Good location. Walking distance to night market and riverside.
There is also few halal restaurants and 7eleven nearby to buy halal foods.
The owner is friendly and helpful.
Condition of room is good enough for solo traveller.
They provide mineral waters, towels, soap, toothbrush. The aircond and hot shower also working well.
I dont have any complain for my stay but please remember there is no lift and need to take the stairs to bring ur heavy bag :)

Hotel management & staff are good people - it’s not an expensive hotel plus it’s in a good location. Not having a lift & on 5th floor was hard on a 60 year old body.

The guesthouse is well located, close to the river and right in the city center. The bedroom is large as well as the bathroom. For the price to recommend.

The hotel has a small facade, so I couldn't find it for half a day. The lobby and aisles are small and old. The room is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Did not go up to see the room. Later, he said that he could change the room on the second floor to me. I went up to take a look and found that the ceiling of the room was very low and old. Just want to check out, not allowed. Finally had to leave and find another hotel. Not a penny was refunded. Bad attitude.

Facilities: Average, the sheets are clean and hygienic.

Environment: The windows cannot be opened, it is dark, and there are many pigeons parked on the windows, making sounds from time to time. There is a small shop downstairs, and there is always a group of people drinking, drinking too much, and swearing. There are many local tuk-tuk drivers in front of the hotel. If you don't patronize their business, they will be very unhappy. Then they will drink and insult you downstairs.
Service: I went downstairs to tell them to shut up, and the boss actually bullied me, saying they didn’t curse.

Note: A nearby massage parlor will lock your clothes in a box with a hidden compartment and give you the key. This hotel / restaurant is the most friendly place I have ever visited. It is family owned and operated. The food is amazing and it feels so happy with love and laughter. This is a safe place for you and your family. The staff, people and visitors are so trustworthy that I always keep coming back. The family and love vibe is just so amazing. Please come and see Simon and his beautiful family. Tham is also the most honest and best man I will ever meet! He has transport and knows every safe place to visit and will customise any tour you will like, he is smart and has knowledge of ever corner of Phnom pehn. 100% I love this crew, they are like family to me!

This is one of the best places I've stayed at in all my travels. The location is perfect. Two-minute walk to the riverwalk, the night market, a couple of beautiful temples & a couple convenience stores. All within a 10 min walk. The rooms are nice, clean & quiet. Toothbrush & soap are provided but you need to bring your own shampoo. Simon (owner) his wife & staff are so kind & helpful. They all speak English. We arrived a day early & Simon helped us book a room at another hotel just around the corner. He provided transportation for us to the hotel & pick up the next morning. He saw that I had mobility issues (bad knees) & gave us a room on the first floor, as there's no elevator. The food was delicious & well priced. Others who weren't even staying here came to eat at their restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. Jack the tuktuk driver is more than happy to help you put together a custom tuktuk tour which is a great way to see the city. They also have a bus schedule in case you want to travel to another city or if you want to go to Vietnam. The photos I'm sharing are all within a 10 min walk from the hotel. I just can't say enough nice things about the people that make this place a wonderful stay & experience.
