The entire resort, the facilities, rooms, restaurant and staff are absolutely exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I'd like to in particular thank Charmaine at the office; the Resort Manager; and at the Acacia Terrace Cafe, the restaurant manager and Taboga for the excellent service we received. We were celebrating an important birthday for my dad who was turning 82 and they pulled out all the stops. At the restaurant, the staff decorated the table beautifully, created a stunning balloon wall and the service was AMAZING. I can not thank them enough for helping us to make the evening so special. The rooms are spacious and clean, the resort is clearly well maintained and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this resort and we will be back in the future. I also highly recommend the game drive and the Body Bliss Day Spa. Only a short drive to Pilanesberg Game Reserve and Sun City.
