The hotel was in replacement of another hotel that unbooked our reservation. Trup kindly managed the replacement for us. The hotel was fine, manager nice, but we asked information regarding a boat to Vietnam, were told different stories about price, time of departure, duration… so a bit confusing. Ir worked out fine in the end.

I don't usually write any reviews, but for the sake of the next victims, I feel the needs to do so. Here is my recommendation - avoid this hotel at all costs.     I have been staying at a lot of hotels over the years so I know what an acceptable hotel should be like.     I had no choice but to stay at this hotel because of the government's quarantine requirement when entering the country.     In addition to making me pay extra for no reason but to scam me (i,e they purposely didn't tell me to check out on time at 12pm even though I was allowed out way before that, they made sure that I stayed pass 12pm and citing that it was 1pm I must pay extra, they were holding my passport at the time so I had no choice)    Now let's get to the horrible services that they provided. The two weeks of staying at that hotel proved that the services are helpless. I had requested a no interruption daily but the result were ”interruptions” daily. So my sleeping quality was awful. The bed sheet was itchy, the washroom was extremely gross, the room was small, the AC remote doesn't work, the room supplies were next nothing, no daily coffee or tea.     Furthermore, I had to call for toilet paper, napkin, towel daily as well. Apparently, the instruction of ”please refill my basic supplies daily” didn't click. If you have the money to spend, this should be the last choice when there is no more hotel available in the entire city.     I won't go back even if I was asked to stay for free. Incredibly horrible, please avoid!

High cost performance, convenient transportation, more breakfast styles, taxis can be found from the airport to hotel drivers, nearby Chinese restaurants are open, there are other shops, Chinese communication

The variety of breakfast is getting less and less, the facilities are too old, the waiter didn't put any free mineral water, and the room phone is a wireless phone, which doesn't work, and you have to go to the front desk to ask for some things
