I was not feeling well and needed sleep, but the check-in was at 2 pm, so I had to sit in the lobby and wait. The staff are friendly. The room is a bit cold for me.

The front desk lady is very nice. I am not good at English, but they are really patient. The youth hostel is also good and the location is good.

The restaurant and pool overlooking the Tonle Sap River are nice. The pool water is not very clean. The dormitory room had a moldy smell.

I saw a lot of good reviews and booked it, and when I checked in, I found that most of them were international friends and backpackers. The few Chinese people expressed how surprised they were (I didn't hear anyone speaking Chinese during my two-day stay). First of all, they were very enthusiastic and spoke good English. They helped me solve some problems such as chargers and money. Secondly, the location here is very good. The city center is close to the river. I didn’t take a tuk-tuk, so everything you can eat, drink and play is within walking distance. Third, the internal environment of the hotel is also good. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop on the fourth floor and a restaurant and bar on the third floor. The price is not expensive and the taste is good. It is a good place to enjoy the night view at night. Fourth, their sanitation work is very diligent and clean, and the beds are soft and comfortable. The small disadvantage is that it is not easy to dry clothes. It is a bit embarrassing to dry my quick-drying clothes by the pool, but it does not affect the five-star praise of their store! In addition, I booked a bus to Siem Reap from their home, but no one came to pick me up when it was almost time. The front desk also helped to contact me... Based on all kinds of factors, it is highly recommended for backpackers to stay. I decided to stay for one more day.

Hotel services and facilities are good, but there is no wifi, hope it can be improved.

It's pretty good, the atmosphere is good, the roof has its own swimming pool, and a dining bar!

From the moment we set foot in Onederz the staff were great, so helpful and informative. We immediately booked our bus to Siem Reap on arrival as well as a tour and paid for it all at once which was nice and efficient. The private room was nice and it’s in a great location. There’s a nice pool although we didn’t use it and it generally has nice vibes. The view across the Tonle Sap River from the restaurant are lovely with some very good value food and drink on offer too. The options for vegetarian were slightly limited but there are plenty of places to eat in Phnom Penh outside of the hostel anyway. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for better value for money.

Not social at all and in the SEEDIEST place in Phnom Penh (I would recommend finding a hostel with a better location if you are looking to go out at night, we walked around for 1 hour and couldn’t find anything). However, a very pleasant dorm room and bathroom which were both very clean.

Great location near the riverfront. Sightseeing, like river cruises or just watching life, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are all nearby. Even clothing alterations. Rooms are clean and everything worked. Fantastic rooftop pool with a great eating spot with good food. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We were very happy here and will come again.
