Reasonably priced, spacious rooms, and private shower rooms and toilets are also good. There is no hot water, but that is expected, so I don't mind it too much. Amenities include towels and soap, but for some reason no shampoo.
However, there were two elements that I found inconvenient.
The first is that there is no elevator, even though it is quite high-rise. My room was on the 5th floor, and when I had food poisoning (which was my fault), it was quite hard to go up and down 5 flights of stairs.
The second is that there is no one at the front desk. I had something I wanted to ask about check-in/out, so I went up and down the stairs many times, but there was no one there even though it was check-out time, so I gave up.
I saw the key left at the front desk several times during my stay, probably because there was no one there when I tried to check out.
I didn't have any particular problems with either of these, and if you are healthy, it may not be a big deal, but I thought it would be better to know about them just in case, so I posted it.

I saw Mr. Ba quite a lot during my three days.
It only happens once inside the room, but it's very common outside the room.
Of course, I think our cute gecko friends will take pictures of us eating.
Seeing so many gecko friends means that wheels are also very common.
Other than that I am satisfied.
Except for going up and down to the 4th floor without an elevator.

Front door to the apartment doesn't lock. Bedroom door had to be locked. Very dilapidated, furniture was broken. Ac in one room didn't work well. Was ok for one night, Had to catch 1st flight out to Siem Reap. Will never go back here and will not recommend.
