Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel Reviews

Close to all downtown Phoenix activities. Especially convenient for shows at Stand Up Live.

They only do housekeeping every other day, even after I have requested daily housekeeping twice at the front desk and they have agreed. I only stayed for two nights, so I don't get what I want.

All the staff were kind, polite, and helpful 24 hours a day and night! All the cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully! This is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind! Because the amenities are American, there was only soap and body cream, and there was shampoo treatment body soap in the shower! The guy at the shop was also kind and explained and taught me various things! However, the sound of the door closing is noisy💧There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so it's convenient! ! I think it's a great place to go to watch baseball or basketball games! !

Convenience to Chase Field baseball games was critical. Very good service from Valet parking through checkout

This hotel was very nice. We would stay here again. The biggest wow factor is how convenient it is to chase field and the suns arena. There are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel didn’t wow us. But there wasn’t anything to criticize about the property

Would not stay here again, room was not clean and overall it’s very dated. Staff was not accommodating at all.

Need a lower setting for the A/C blowers in the room. How about a whisper setting? Too noisy running all the time.

The Renaissance Hotel is a couple of blocks to Footprint Center in Downtown Phoenix where we saw The Eagles perform. An easy walk. Several restaurants are also close by. Our room was clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only option is Valet Parking and staff made it easy to use our car 24/7. A Starbucks and cocktail lounge in the lobby. Highly recommend.

The decor was flawless, the cocktails at the bar were great the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were in town from NY for a Suns game and location was great. Would definitely make another trip.

Hotel is in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants. There is a Starbucks on property which made our morning coffee runs easy. Room service was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was also very clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive.

We stayed just one night. It's a beautiful property, clean, modern and spacious. The staff was great.
