Ok facility that offers rooms of average dimensions. Air-con good, no separate cabinet fir shower, but pressure ok and response time fairly fast powerpoints situated where they are needed. Downside is no fridge. Only $25 AUD per day so not an OK option. Offers tailored tours of field of jars/bomb craters/etc to suit. Full day tours are expensive ($100 US) if done solo. As to whether these are worth the outlay is questionable but maybe worth doing one time.

The hotel sent a driver who spoke excellent English to pick us up at the airport for free. His name was Mr. Souk. He has also been a tour guide for many years and is very experienced. If there are a large number of people, he can arrange a one-day group tour, including the Plain of Jars, the Old Buddhist Capital, Spoon Village, etc., for US$25 per person. Since I was traveling alone and my return flight was scheduled, he provided a half-day tour of Sites 1 to 3 of the Plain of Jars for US$60 and sent me to the airport. Facilities: five stars Hygiene: five stars Environment: five stars Service: five stars I came here with my friends on a business trip. It is right next to the seaside and has very good facilities. There are supper shops and supermarkets. It is very comfortable to walk to the seaside and enjoy the breeze at night. There is also a mahjong room where I played mahjong with friends for a while and it was a very happy stay.

I didn't know the situation in Phonsavan at all, so I chose it because of the price and the image of the photo. I think I was right after all. As for the location, it's hard to find at first, but once you get used to it, you'll find that it's only a few dozen meters away from the main street in the center of town. Above all, the environment is very quiet. At dawn, you can wake up to the crowing of free-ranging chickens on the neighboring farmland. The manager is kind and has arranged some tours of the Phonsavan area.

Good staff, good guide tour and they also have breakfast as well you can order what you want , I love breakfast here I extend my stay here more 1 night .

We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Owner and staff were delightful, helpful and friendly . Nearby restaurants are 10 min walk away but the guest house could provide transport for us on request. Hot and cold water available in reception all the time. We had breakfast at Honey Cafe both mornings. Also excellent laundry service !

It may not be on the Main Street, but it is close enough to walk easily. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff super friendly and the pickup from the bus station was awesome. I told them that only thing I would like to see added (because they ask how they can improve to every customer) was to ad a fridge to the room. My room wasn’t advertised as having air-con, but I looked past that at the price, so was stoked to find my awesome room had air-con. Completely recommend for your stay in Phonsavan if you find yourself visiting.

Great customer service, clean rooms, accommodating all for cheap price. Gentleman at front desk was absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. The beds are a bit hard and we struggled with the shower temperature… either too hot or freezing cold. Overall, recommend.

The young man who owns this guesthouse is friendly and speaks English well. I had a comfortable night and would not hesitate to cone again when in the area. Quiet location yet very handy for town

Good food , good staff

There is NO 24hr front desk service. I arrived at midnight and could not check in. Had to goto another hotel.

******* reservations beware, i booked/paid 2 rooms 3 nights, checked in and they said "error" had only one room open had to split up my party to another hotel, then went to check out early, opened up my room and they cleaned out the room and someone else stuff was in there, i went and complained and asked where my stuff was and why was someone else in room, the front desk person said i only booked 2 nights, i kept telling him NO i have 3 nights, luckily he returned my stuff and showed him my ******* reservations.
