Good location…next to the river….opposite the Srinakarin garden Thai house style makes me childhood memory…quiet life. Good scenery and weather no insects. The owner are friendly and good hospitality.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Very helpful and friendly staff and owner. Hotel is next by the river with nice view but unfortunately it is also loud if a boat is passing by(also at night)

pros : beautiful terrace by the river bank. purely. minuses : 1. we rented a budget room. If you're not ready to wake up in the morning to the sounds of your bungalow neighbors' toilets, don't rent this. There were sounds imaginable, morning and evening. This is not an acceptable option for us. Since there are no photos of bathrooms in the program, I publish them here. 2. expensive. for this amount we rented an absolutely wonderful traditional bungalow, where there was a delicious breakfast and service, a pleasant host (I gave the highest score in the review), a large area, a decent bathroom, good internet, design of the room and space, beautiful territory, and a 5-minute walk to tourist spots! 3. There is nothing around, only transit roads and fields. This is extremely inconvenient. We wasted the whole day because of the location. add a taxi to the check for this amount. I would recommend that the owners do renovations in the bathrooms and soundproofing - for normal conditions. or take it at half the price, because the cost is not for students. you feel humiliated in such a place. Although the room itself where the bed is is more or less normal.

Unfortunately, the room above was unavailable when I went. When booking, looking at the picture, I didn't know that it was a small house. But overall it's not bad. Just a little unexpected

Went in early December just free to review I am very impressed with uncle and aunt who take care of the homestay. Very well taken care of, like returning home to the provinces. I'm sad that the pictures are all gone. I will go back to stay again. The atmosphere is great quite cold But with care and atmosphere in the homestay, it makes me feel very warm. It's a very rich experience in visiting Ayutthaya for the first time. Thank you for the delicious porridge. This isn't two cups, haha.

I would strongly advise against considering this establishment, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. The proprietors appear disinterested and lackluster, displaying little enthusiasm for their role in the hospitality industry. It's evident that their primary motivation is financial gain rather than a genuine desire to provide a positive guest experience. The accommodations themselves are subpar, resembling more rustic wooden sheds than comfortable lodgings. They suffer from significant issues such as poor insulation, resulting in drafty conditions exacerbated by the inadequate and antiquated air-conditioning unit. Consequently, guests endure uncomfortably hot temperatures within the rooms. Furthermore, the lack of soundproofing means that external disturbances, particularly from the nearby river and passing boats, permeate the rooms at all hours, severely impacting the quality of sleep. The bedding provided is notably uncomfortable, with mattresses resembling solid rocks and pillows offering minimal support. Additionally, the unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity further compounds the dissatisfaction experienced by guests. Regrettably, the breakfast offerings are disappointingly inadequate, failing to meet even the most basic standards. Overall, staying at this establishment feels akin to roughing it out in a makeshift campsite rather than enjoying a comfortable and relaxing retreat. For those seeking a clean, tranquil, and comfortable environment with the warm and attentive hospitality typical of Thai culture, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I really wanted to say I loved this place. The couple running the "homestay" was really sweet and their daughter, who managed their emails, was also helpful. However, there were some issues that marred the experience for me. Firstly, the place was marketed as a homestay, though I think it would be more appropriate to say it's guesthouses on a residential compound. I was also under the impression that I would be given a room in a standalone building like the ones they posted online but was instead given a basic room in a row of three. Secondly, I arranged for a guide through the homestay and only learned from the guide when he arrived that it did not include a driver and transportation. I then paid more for the driver and car. I think this could have been made more transparent from the start. Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom was a challenge. I don't want to go into details because some guests may have no issues, but I've uploaded some pictures, and you can decide on your own. For me, I found something unpleasant on the floor after I came back from dinner on the second day, and decided there and then I would cut short my stay.

PERFECT ! Thank you very much for the simply incredible and adorable welcome! We are a couple on our honeymoon we were welcomed with a cake made for us congratulating us on the wedding! Apart from the incredible kindness of the owners, the place is a haven of peace on the banks of the river... The charm of traditional Thai homes offers you a timeless moment. Excellent breakfast!!! Finally, the room is faithful to the photos, just perfect. We recommend this place 1000 times!!! We will come back !! THANK YOU

Glad to have been in Ayuttahya comfortable and interesting. The rooms are nice and very homely. They helped us with bike rental and a good point to start visiting the various Wats. Guest house a little out of the way, very very homely, would have liked more information/better restaurants for eating and other activities too. In the end I had to make do on my own and luckily it went well.
