The room is very clean, the flowers and plants in the courtyard are romantic, there are bicycles for rent, and it is worth taking a boat to visit three temples. There is a bar at the door that is a bit noisy at night, but it closes before 12 o'clock. The location is opposite the attraction of the tree hugging the Buddha's head. I booked a room with two single beds for one night on the day.
It's far from the station, but the location is great for visiting the ruins.
Wat Phra Mahathat, famous for its Buddha head covered in tree roots, is just a short walk away, and the surrounding park is beautiful at night with the lights on.
The background music and live music from the restaurant next to the inn was quite loud at night, but it got quieter after 11pm.
The only amenities were bath towels and body soap and shampoo provided in the room, but no toothbrushes or electric kettle. There was a large refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning.
There is a fee for storing luggage after check-out.
I didn't order breakfast because the reviews were bad.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better: right in the center, you can even look at the stupa through the bathroom window. It's also easy to get to the train station: about a kilometer and a half in a straight line to the ferry, then the crossing and 100 meters to the station. You can hear cars from the road, plus the hotel has a restaurant with live music, but considering the air conditioning and my earplugs, it doesn't bother you. The room is on the second floor, there are gorgeous wooden floors, the furniture in the lobby is beautiful. The room is decorated in a national style, but the plumbing is tired. There is water, a refrigerator, shampoo and gel in the bathroom, no soap. There is no kettle in the room, we ran to the reception with a thermos. On the second evening they gave in and gave us a water heater :) There are no breakfasts in the hotel, but in the morning a large thermos-heater is placed downstairs, tea and coffee bags are free. There is no daily cleaning, but bottles of water are given. There is a lot of space in the bathroom for cosmetics. But in the room I would like a nightstand or a chair. There aren't enough sockets, so we carry a tee with us.

Hotel is close to the train station (10min by tuktuk) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The Tolasap Night Market is only ten minutes' walk away. It's a great place to start your visit to Ayutthaya's temples. The hotel offers lots of activities and there's a breakfast for 120B. Rooms are clean and there's hot water with good water pressure. Lovely garden with swings!

The photos of the resort are a utopia regarding what you will find. I say Resort because that is what it says but they are actually bungalows. The staff was friendly but they did not know how to answer and they called the owner who is very rude in her answers. They forgot to clean the room and we had to go and ask for clean towels and they did not want to give them to us. In short, a good location but nothing more...
